Un trail de 3h dure avec moi pr\u00e8s de 5h&#8230; Je me suis plainte aupr\u00e8s de mon cher coach qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s 2h30 de course (course\/marche en mont\u00e9e\/pi\u00e9tinement en descente) je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 trembler, \u00e0 me sentir mal, \u00e0 manquer de sucre. Il m&rsquo;a alors recommand\u00e9 :<br \/>\n<em><strong>&#8211; de manger plus sucres lents et complexes le soir et les trois jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents les trails<br \/>\n&#8211; de consommer un gel \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique toutes les heures avec le premier 45 minutes apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la course&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\ntr\u00e8s bien, sauf que lorsqu&rsquo;on habite au bout du monde, nous n&rsquo;avons pas toujours acc\u00e8s aux compl\u00e9ments alimentaires dont Fred parle dans tous ses vrais tests di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques ! Et en dehors des pr\u00e9parations maison, de l&rsquo;eau de coco, ou du jus d&rsquo;aloe vera en boissons de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration je n&rsquo;ai pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 grand chose.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l\u00e0, miracle, en entrant chez un vendeur de v\u00e9los juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chez moi, je vois qu&rsquo;il vend des tas de compl\u00e9ments de la marque USN.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ticente \u00e0 les consommer car j&rsquo;ai les intestins fragiles (!!!) et que j&rsquo;ai eu une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience avec une boisson \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique me laissant un go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 en bouche avec cette impression de ne pas \u00eatre r\u00e9hydrat\u00e9e&#8230; mais au final j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s satisfaite des gels USN !<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/vooma.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9670\" title=\"vooma\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/vooma-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/vooma-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/vooma.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>USN pour Ultimate Sport Nutrition est une marque essentiellement pr\u00e9sente dans les pays d&rsquo;Afrique et en Angleterre<\/strong>. Cette marque propose une gamme compl\u00e8te de produits de l&rsquo;effort : gels \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, boissons de l&rsquo;effort et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, divers produits dans le cadre d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime amincissant ou pour augmenter sa masse musculaire&#8230; Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 les gels \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00ab\u00a0Vooma\u00a0\u00bb, aux agrumes et \u00e0 la vanille.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la saveur vanille pour son go\u00fbt et sa texture pas trop p\u00e2teuse. Franchement c&rsquo;est bon et m\u00eame apr\u00e8s le 5e gel, je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas encore \u00e9coeur\u00e9e. Si le go\u00fbt importe peu pour les bons coureurs, les plus rapides d&rsquo;entre nous,<strong> avoir quelque chose en bouche d&rsquo;agr\u00e9able est aussi d\u00e9terminant que les qualit\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pour lesquelles on ach\u00e8te le gel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9tail important en course, le sachet est facile \u00e0 ouvrir.<br \/>\nCes gels m&rsquo;ont permis de tenir 6h lors de mon dernier trail, sans sourcilier.
