Quelque soit les exercices, le corps est toujours en suspension et les muscles supportent le poids du corps et plus le corps est inclin\u00e9, plus le corps p\u00e8se et cela se complique si on se suspend par les mains, les pieds&#8230; mais que l&rsquo;on cible le haut ou le bas du corps, les muscles profonds du ventre et du dos travaillent en permanence . Tiens tiens la fameuse sangle abdominale si utile dans le cadre de la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<p>Dernier avantage, on peut choisir de travailler lentement \u00e0 la Pilates ou plus vite pour solliciter le coeur et transpirer. Le bon rythme 2 s\u00e9ances de 30 minutes par semaine<\/p>\n<p>Je suis ressorti enchant\u00e9e de ma premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance avec le sentiment d &lsquo;avoir bien travaill\u00e9 mes abdominaux et mon dos, pas fatigu\u00e9e mais satisfaite. Et le lendemain je n&rsquo;ai pas d\u00e9chant\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 des triceps, des fessiers, des adducteurs et des dorsaux un peu douloureux, et un transverse tout tendu.
