{"id":9350,"date":"2010-10-04T17:00:14","date_gmt":"2010-10-04T16:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/?p=9350"},"modified":"2019-10-29T18:25:06","modified_gmt":"2019-10-29T17:25:06","slug":"9350","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/9350-9350.html","title":{"rendered":"J&rsquo;ai &#8211; encore &#8211; couru en huaraches :-)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huarache.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-9363 size-full\" title=\"huarache\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huarache.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"907\" height=\"699\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huarache.jpg 907w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huarache-300x231.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Entre mes s\u00e9ances de pr\u00e9paration en <a href=\"\/blog\/vrai-test-vibram-five-fingers-kso-suite-et-fin-6132.html\"title=\"Vibram Five Fingers\" >Vibram<\/a> fivefingers BIKILA en vue du Marathon Seine et Eure du 17 octobre, je profite des temp\u00e9ratures encore cl\u00e9mentes pour poursuivre ma d\u00e9couverte de la course en huaraches, \u00e0 raison de sessions certes assez courtes (30 minutes environ) mais vari\u00e9es et techniques afin de bien appr\u00e9hender cette nouvelle fa\u00e7on de courir dans sa globalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour : un peu de <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a>, sous la forme de 100m sur route, un peu de fractionn\u00e9 long avec des 1000m sur route \u00e0 90% de VMA, 15 minutes d&rsquo;EMA \u00e0 85% de VMA et 30 minutes d&rsquo;endurance &#8230; sous la pluie.<\/p>\n<p>Pluie et huaraches ne forment pas le couple de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Pas tant au niveau de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence sur la route, la semelle Vibram \u00e9tant pour cela bien con\u00e7ue, mais plus au niveau de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence du pied sur la semelle. Un film d&rsquo;eau se forme et le pied a tendance \u00e0 glisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers l&rsquo;avant, exer\u00e7ant ainsi une pression suppl\u00e9mentaire sur le lacet entre les orteils. Un vrai barefooteux me r\u00e9torquerait que je n&rsquo;ai qu&rsquo;\u00e0 adopter LA vraie foul\u00e9e <a href=\"\/blog\/barefoot-running-trop-cest-trop-6395.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"barefoot\" >barefoot<\/a>, qui consiste, non pas \u00e0 poser \/ glisser le pied, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 le lever du sol &#8230; plus facile \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire quand on a appris le minimalisme sur le tas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huaraches-mouill\u00e9es.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9364 size-large\" title=\"huaraches mouill\u00e9es\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huaraches-mouill\u00e9es-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huaraches-mouill\u00e9es-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huaraches-mouill\u00e9es-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/huaraches-mouill\u00e9es.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances au sec se sont, par contre, tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9es. J&rsquo;ai m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s surpris en VMA d&rsquo;atteindre mes performances habituelles et ce sans difficult\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re. Idem en EMA et sur les 1000m. Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 noter, mais je l&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit dans mon premier article, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;en huaraches, la foul\u00e9e est diff\u00e9rente de celle que j&rsquo;ai adopt\u00e9e avec mes autres \u00ab\u00a0minimalistes\u00a0\u00bb (Vibram, Kigo, Terra Plana), beaucoup plus sur l&rsquo;avant du pied et beaucoup plus proche de l&rsquo;esprit barefoot que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9crit dans le paragraphe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Je n&rsquo;en suis pas encore \u00e0 courir \u00ab\u00a0en levant le pied\u00a0\u00bb mais dans mon poser \/ glisser habituel, je minimise \u00e9norm\u00e9ment la phase glisser. J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;ailleurs tendance sur les fractions rapides \u00e0 ne courir que sur l&rsquo;avant du pied, \u00e0 l&rsquo;image d&rsquo;un sprinter.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;un point de vue confort, courir en huaraches s&rsquo;av\u00e8re \u00e9tonnamment agr\u00e9able finalement. La semelle Vibram absorbe bien les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de la route mais n&#8217;emp\u00eache pas le pied de sentir ce qu&rsquo;il fait. Le lacet, une fois en place, n&rsquo;est absolument pas g\u00eanant et la chaussure, contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;on pourrait s&rsquo;en faire, adh\u00e8re parfaitement aux pieds. Fondamentalement sympa et radicalement diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>Ceux qui voudraient se mettre au barefoot mais n&rsquo;oseraient pas se d\u00e9chausser par peur de toutes les salet\u00e9s que notre civilisation peut d\u00e9verser sur nos routes, pourront, avec des huaraches en d\u00e9buter la pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Je rappelle que ces chaussures ne sont pas des tongues unisexe, unitaille mais des r\u00e9alisations sur mesure adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 votre pied personnel.
