Ton corps ne dispose que de r\u00e9serves limit\u00e9es en glycog\u00e8ne. Il faut donc anticiper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif est d\u2019apporter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des glucides pendant la course. La fatigue s\u2019installe, les doutes apparaissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que la pr\u00e9paration mentale prend tout son sens. Segmenter la course, se fixer des objectifs interm\u00e9diaires, se concentrer sur la foul\u00e9e ou la respiration : autant de strat\u00e9gies qui permettent de rester engag\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience montre que les coureurs qui anticipent ce passage difficile le vivent mieux que ceux qui le d\u00e9couvrent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le jour J : ex\u00e9cution et simplicit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jour de la course, tout doit \u00eatre simple. Aucun test, aucune nouveaut\u00e9. Tu dois reproduire ce que tu as valid\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, l\u2019\u00e9quipement, la strat\u00e9gie de course : tout doit \u00eatre anticip\u00e9. Arriver en avance permet de r\u00e9duire le stress et de se mettre progressivement dans sa bulle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9chauffement doit rester l\u00e9ger. Contrairement \u00e0 une course courte, il ne s\u2019agit pas de se mettre dans le rouge, mais simplement de pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 l\u2019effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration : ne pas n\u00e9gliger l\u2019apr\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Terminer un marathon est un choc pour l\u2019organisme. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration est une phase \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les jours qui suivent, il est essentiel de privil\u00e9gier le repos, l\u2019hydratation et une alimentation adapt\u00e9e.
