Football, sports de combat, sports collectifs en salle, disciplines d\u2019endurance crois\u00e9es : tous, \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 de la saison, repassent par la course \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce constat n\u2019est ni culturel ni historique. Il est avant tout\u00a0<strong>physiologique<\/strong>. La course \u00e0 pied correspond au mode de locomotion le plus naturel du corps humain. Elle mobilise simultan\u00e9ment le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire, les cha\u00eenes musculaires globales et la coordination motrice, tout en restant facilement modulable.
