Depuis quelques temps, on me parle de prise de collag\u00e8ne et tout le monde semble trouver efficace. J\u2019ai donc r\u00e9cemment test\u00e9 le collag\u00e8ne marin au go\u00fbt de pomme de la marque Twenty DC pour tenter d&rsquo;y voir plus clair et me forger mon opinion. Il constitue une part essentielle des tendons, ligaments, muscles et cartilages. Malheureusement, \u00e0 partir de 25 ans, sa production d\u00e9cline naturellement, \u00e0 raison d\u2019environ 1 % par an. Cette baisse progressive peut contribuer \u00e0 des douleurs articulaires, une moindre \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 des tissus et un ralentissement de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration musculaire, des probl\u00e8mes bien connus des sportifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs \u00e9tudes scientifiques mettent en avant les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices potentiels d\u2019une suppl\u00e9mentation en collag\u00e8ne, notamment pour les coureurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans le <em>Journal of Sports Medicine<\/em> en 2019 a montr\u00e9 que la prise de collag\u00e8ne hydrolys\u00e9 pendant 24 semaines r\u00e9duit significativement les douleurs articulaires chez des athl\u00e8tes apr\u00e8s l\u2019exercice physique (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/18416885\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Etude<\/a>)<\/li><li>Une autre \u00e9tude a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le collag\u00e8ne contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la douleur aux tendons en compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;exercices par rapport \u00e0 une population pratiquant les m\u00eames exercices mais sans prise de collag\u00e8ne (<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/37758259\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Etude<\/a>).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2>Collag\u00e8ne marin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Curieux de v\u00e9rifier ces affirmations scientifiques, j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le collag\u00e8ne marin de la marque Twenty DC dans ma routine quotidienne. Cette formule, enrichie en vitamine C pour maximiser l\u2019assimilation, se distingue par son go\u00fbt de pomme agr\u00e9able, ce qui rend la prise facile et plaisante. Apr\u00e8s quatre semaines de test, voici mes observations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Moins de douleurs articulaires<\/strong> : En tant que coureur r\u00e9gulier (environ 50 km par semaine sur une fin de pr\u00e9paration marathon), je ressentais parfois des douleurs persistantes au niveau des tendons apr\u00e8s les s\u00e9ances intenses. Cela m\u2019a permis de maintenir une charge d\u2019entra\u00eenement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e sans ressentir de fatigue excessive.<\/li><li><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2>Collag\u00e8ne et performance : Pour qui et pourquoi ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les effets du collag\u00e8ne ne se limitent pas aux coureurs d\u2019un certain \u00e2ge. Les jeunes athl\u00e8tes peuvent en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier pour pr\u00e9venir les blessures, et les coureurs plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, comme moi, pour maintenir la sant\u00e9 des articulations et prolonger leur plaisir de courir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s r\u00e9side dans la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. Les \u00e9tudes s\u2019accordent sur le fait qu\u2019un prise de collag\u00e8ne doit \u00eatre suivie sur plusieurs mois pour en observer pleinement les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices. Par ailleurs, il est recommand\u00e9 de consommer le collag\u00e8ne environ une heure avant l\u2019exercice, en combinaison avec de la vitamine C, pour maximiser son absorption et sa synth\u00e8se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Conclusion : Une exp\u00e9rience concluante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon exp\u00e9rience avec le collag\u00e8ne marin Twenty DC s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e convaincante. Non seulement j\u2019ai observ\u00e9 des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sur mes douleurs et ma r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. L&rsquo;effet le plus frappant selon se trouve dans les raideurs que je ressens le matin en me levant, je me sens plus souple au moment du lever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, tout cela peut para\u00eetre assez subjectif et assez peu scientifique mais l&rsquo;impression g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est plut\u00f4t bonne pour moi. C&rsquo;est pour cela que j&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 lire quelques \u00e9tudes scientifiques. En parlant autour de moi, j&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame trouv\u00e9 que les personnes qui en prenaient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement constat\u00e9s les effets positifs.
