Si chez les sportifs de haut-niveau, une blessure grave peut mener directement vers une retraite anticip\u00e9e. Chez le sportif amateur, une blessure peut entrainer une baisse de morale voire une d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme souvent il faut anticiper, ne pas nier la douleur, \u00eatre attentif \u00e0 une g\u00eane. Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de 30 ans de judo, 20 ans de course \u00e0 pied, mais aussi du Volley-ball, de la musculation,&#8230; et j&rsquo;en passe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le judo est un sport difficile, un sport de contact, un sport o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on prend des coups, un sport o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on tombe, un sport o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on se fait mal,&#8230; Sans avoir fait du haut-niveau dans ce sport, j&rsquo;ai chut\u00e9 des milliers de fois. C&rsquo;est la r\u00e8gle num\u00e9ro un en judo : il faut apprendre \u00e0 chuter, apprendre \u00e0 amortir son corps lors de l&rsquo;impact au sol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas de doute pour moi, si j&rsquo;ai jamais eu de blessures en course \u00e0 pied, c&rsquo;est sans doute gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses nombreuses ann\u00e9es sur les tatamis. Sur une sortie trail, qui n&rsquo;a jamais eu un appui malheureux, un trou mal plac\u00e9e,.. et une cheville qui ne part pas dans le bon sens. En 20 ans, aucune entorse \u00e0 la cheville s\u00e9rieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au del\u00e0 d&rsquo;un corps, sans doute habituer \u00e0 une certaine douleur, j&rsquo;ai pris l&rsquo;habitude de l&rsquo;\u00e9couter, ressentir un ligament qui tire, une courbature anormale et \u00e0 adapter mon <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>, ne pas faire la s\u00e9ance de trop, agir avant qu&rsquo;il soit trop tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, les outils pour prendre soin de son corps de mani\u00e8re autonome sont de plus en plus pr\u00e9sents dans mon quotidien et j&rsquo;ai pu sur ce site vous en pr\u00e9senter de nombreux : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/utiliser-pistolet-massage-70680.html\">pistolet de massage<\/a>, des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/pressotherapie-71807.html\">bottes de pressoth\u00e9rapie<\/a>, des dispositifs d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/bluetens-entrainement-quotidien-64867.html\">\u00e9l\u00e9ctrostimulation<\/a>,&#8230; Mais au del\u00e0 de tous ses dispositifs, une bonne vieille poche de glace fait aussi l&rsquo;affaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere-1024x587.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-72476\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere-1024x587.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere-768x440.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere-1536x880.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere-150x86.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere-620x355.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/massforce-masshphere.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Derni\u00e8rement j&rsquo;avais une petite tension sous le pied droit, sans vouloir me lancer dans un diagnostique m\u00e9dical, cela ressemblait dans les sympt\u00f4mes avec une apon\u00e9vrosite plantaire. Assez vite, je trouve que la douleur n&rsquo;est pas habituel, je ne la n\u00e9glige pas, je ralentis l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mes entrainements, j&rsquo;espace un peu plus mes s\u00e9ances de course \u00e0 pied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je sollicit\u00e9 musculairement ma voute plantaire en mobilisant mes doigts de pied (en essayant de les \u00e9carter une dizaine de secondes) et comme souvent je glace. Pour cela j&rsquo;en profite pour tester une boule de gla\u00e7age, <strong>Massphere de Massforce<\/strong>, une sorte de boule de p\u00e9tanque en acier inoxydable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette boule est remplie d&rsquo;un gel sp\u00e9cifique qui va permettre de conserver la temp\u00e9rature apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir stocker au cong\u00e9lateur. C&rsquo;est vraiment id\u00e9al pour masser la voute plantaire tout en appliquant du froid. Bien s\u00fbr la boule qui roule dans son support permet d&rsquo;appliquer du froid tout en massant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une semaine d&rsquo;adaptation, de massage, de froid, de travail musculaire sur le pied mais aussi de marche pieds nus, la douleur a disparu. J&rsquo;ai repris l&rsquo;entrainement tout \u00e0 fait normalement y compris au judo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je garde sous la main cette boule et je l&rsquo;utilise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement apr\u00e8s les s\u00e9ances du judo pour appliquer du froid sur les zones douloureuses. Le format et la praticit\u00e9 permet de traiter facilement les points sensibles.
