Petit avantage pour le parcours de Vichy qui permet de se mettre \u00e0 l\u2019ombre, avec la canicule sur les 2 \u00e9preuves c\u2019est un point important.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 v\u00e9lo, le parcours de Vichy contient un peu plus de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 et quelques belles mont\u00e9es, le parcours du Luxembourg est sur le papier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus facile. Point noir sur le parcours du Luxembourg, la Moselle a un l\u00e9ger courant, il faudra le remonter sur la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de la partie natation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diff\u00e9rence importante l\u2019heure du d\u00e9part : je suis parti \u00e0 7h10 \u00e0 Vichy \u00e0 comparer avec un d\u00e9part \u00e0 10h12 au Luxembourg, lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de canicule, cela change clairement le nombre d\u2019heures d\u2019effort lors des heures les plus chaudes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Perte de poids<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne surveillais pas mon poids mais r\u00e9cemment j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre plus s\u00e9rieux sur cette partie, un juste milieu entre devenir un aficionados de la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique et un habitu\u00e9 de l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif. Le r\u00e9sultat s\u2019est vite fait sentir, je gagne du temps en course \u00e0 pied et les mont\u00e9es \u00e0 v\u00e9lo semble plus facile. Quand on peut se permettre de perdre quelques kilogrammes, c\u2019est un plus r\u00e9el mais il faut rester raisonnable et ne pas rentrer dans un trouble alimentaire. Autre point important, il n\u2019est pas question de faire un r\u00e9gime durant une pr\u00e9paration aussi intensive avec 10 \u00e0 15 heures d\u2019<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> par semaine mais choisir les bons aliments, v\u00e9rifier les apports en nutriment&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment d\u2019une alimentation plus s\u00e9rieuse, j\u2019ai surveill\u00e9 mon apport en prot\u00e9ines et j\u2019ai compl\u00e9t\u00e9 avec des prot\u00e9ines. L\u2019occasion de tester les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9ganes Foodspring avec des go\u00fbts estivaux : tropical et p\u00e8che \/ mangue. Des go\u00fbts qui sont particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ciables durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 diluer dans l\u2019eau \u00e0 la place du lait. Ces go\u00fbts sont vraiment super agr\u00e9ables. On enclenche ainsi un cycle vertueux : meilleur sommeil, meilleur r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, meilleur entrainement le lendemain, meilleure progression, meilleur m\u00e9tabolisme,\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Triathl\u00e8te mais cycliste avant tout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs courses de ce format, j\u2019ai vite compris que la partie v\u00e9lo \u00e9tait cl\u00e9 dans la recherche de la performance. Plus vous \u00eates fort en v\u00e9lo, plus vous gagner du temps sur la partie la plus longue mais aussi plus frais vous serez sur la partie course \u00e0 pied. Il faut donc multiplier les sorties longues et ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 inclure des mont\u00e9es tout au long du parcours. J\u2019ai ax\u00e9 ma pr\u00e9paration en v\u00e9lo :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Reproduire le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 de la course sur une distance plus courte<\/li><li>Faire des sorties plus longues que la distance pr\u00e9vue (avec une bonne mont\u00e9e en bonus \u00e0 la fin)<\/li><li>Se challenger soi-m\u00eame sur les segments des mont\u00e9es (en injectant les segments sur sa montre ou son compteur v\u00e9lo)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En ajoutant tous ses petits d\u00e9tails les uns au bout des autres et en continuant \u00e0 m\u2019entrainer (sans le suivi d\u2019un coach sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 ou sans le support d\u2019un club), il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de terminer ce type d\u2019\u00e9preuve.
