C&rsquo;est simple, pas de besoin de lancer un plan d&rsquo;entrainement en fonction d&rsquo;un objectif pr\u00e9cis (plan 10 km ou plan marathon), votre montre vous propose chaque jour une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entrainement mais aussi possiblement une journ\u00e9e de repos (car la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration fait aussi partie de l&rsquo;entrainement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre montre vous propose ainsi plusieurs types d&rsquo;entrainements comme : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Travail au seuil (2&#215;18 min)<\/li><li>Footing de base (45 min)<\/li><li>Travail ana\u00e9robie (7&#215;1 min)<\/li><li>Sortie longue<\/li><li>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entrainements sont planifi\u00e9s sur toute une semaine et vous pourrez consulter en amont le programme des jours \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fonction de votre fatigue, la montre pourrait vous imposer des phases de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration si vous avez forc\u00e9 plus que de raison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure c&rsquo;est pratique et plut\u00f4t bien structur\u00e9, les <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allures<\/a> et les dur\u00e9es me semblent bien adapt\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est simple et efficace, cela permet de ne pas trop r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et d&rsquo;avoir une base de travail tr\u00e8s convenable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On retrouve du <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> courts, des s\u00e9ances au seuil, la r\u00e9partition dans la semaine est plut\u00f4t logique et bien s\u00fbr une sortie longue durant le week-end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Comment l&rsquo;utiliser ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faudra un minimum de donn\u00e9es pour que la montre vous propose vos premiers entrainements. N&rsquo;esp\u00e9rez pas b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez de cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 en sortant la montre de sa bo\u00eete.
