Il faut conna\u00eetre les exercices, la fa\u00e7on de les pratiquer, le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions,&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au del\u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00eatre une excellente montre de sport, la <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a> Fenix 7X que j&rsquo;utilise propose en connexion avec Garmin Connect, propose des outils tr\u00e8s pointus en course \u00e0 pied ou en cyclisme mais \u00e9galement en musculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la partie <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>, Garmin propose de nombreuses s\u00e9ances de musculation mais aussi de yoga, du cardio ou du HIIT. Plusieurs dizaines de s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entrainements sont disponibles sur l&rsquo;application ou sur le site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation de la s\u00e9ance va vous permettre de voir d&rsquo;avoir un aper\u00e7u sur la dur\u00e9e, les groupes musculaires travaill\u00e9s et le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire. Une fois le choix effectu\u00e9 vous devez enregistrer la s\u00e9ance sur votre compte. En effet, il existe des milliers d&rsquo;exercices avec des noms parfois un peu exotique. N&rsquo;ayez pas peur, vous pourrez visualiser directement sur la montre une petite animation pour bien comprendre comment faire l&rsquo;exercice ou au moins vous rappelez de quel exercice il
