Cette variable permet de voir si vos poumons alimentent bien vos muscles en oxyg\u00e8ne. Au del\u00e0 de d\u00e9tecter un souci m\u00e9dical, d\u2019un point de vue sportif cela permet de voir votre adaptation \u00e0 l\u2019altitude. L\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e9tant plus rare en altitude votre corps va voir cette saturation diminuer et il va s\u2019adapter en cr\u00e9ant des globules rouges pour augmenter le transport.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe une autre mesure encore plus int\u00e9ressante pour la pratique du sport : l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation musculaire. C\u2019est cette variable que permet de mesurer Moxy training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pourquoi faire ?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e est de mesurer la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne sur des muscles importants pour d\u00e9terminer vos zones de travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les tests d\u2019effort sont souvent bas\u00e9s sur votre d\u00e9bit en oxyg\u00e8ne pour d\u00e9terminer la fameuse Vo2 Max. Les capteurs Moxy Training vont encore plus loin puisqu\u2019il analyse la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans le muscle pendant l&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme il s\u2019agit d\u2019un pourcentage la valeur peut aller de 0 \u00e0 100% mais dans les faits on sera plut\u00f4t dans une fourchette entre 10 et 70%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encore une fois les valeurs en absolu ne sont pas importantes c\u2019est les variations qu\u2019il faut observer. Si le taux augmente, votre muscle a suffisamment d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne, vos capacit\u00e9s pulmonaires permettent d\u2019alimenter vos muscles sans d\u00e9ficit. Si le taux baisse, votre effort est trop soutenu par rapport \u00e0 vos capacit\u00e9s et vous ne pourrez pas maintenir l\u2019effort trop longtemps.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un test d\u2019effort avec ce type de dispositif va vous permettre de d\u00e9terminer vos zones d\u2019entra\u00eenement (mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, intense, s\u00e9v\u00e8re).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Comment fonctionne le Moxy training ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le kit Moxy training est fourni avec 3 capteurs ind\u00e9pendants. Chaque capteur se pose sur la peau, envoie une lumi\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique et en fonction du retour peut d\u00e9terminer une valeur. A l\u2019image de ce qu\u2019on trouve au dos des montres pour la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque mais le capteur doit \u00eatre correctement pos\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019abri de la lumi\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite les donn\u00e9es sont transmises par les protocoles ANT+ ou Bluetooth \u00e0 une montre o\u00f9 a une application mobile.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>S\u00e9ance de test&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019image d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/tests-vma-vameval-cooper-72108.html\">test VMA Vameval<\/a>, il peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant d\u2019effectuer ce test sur une rampe pour voir l\u2019adaptation du corps aux diff\u00e9rents paliers de puissance ou de vitesse. Mais il est important de garder un environnement fixe  et donc \u00e9viter les perturbations externes (vent, d\u00e9nivel\u00e9,autres usagers&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut tout de m\u00eame faire attention et \u00eatre concentr\u00e9. Il faut, par exemple, \u00e9viter le coup de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pendant l\u2019\u00e9chauffement pour pas tirer sur le delto\u00efde et fausser les premi\u00e8res mesures.
