Elles sont indispensables dans notre alimentation au m\u00eame titre que : les vitamines, les glucides, les lipides, les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments et les diff\u00e9rents min\u00e9raux.  Lors des repas, les prot\u00e9ines ing\u00e9r\u00e9es sont d\u00e9compos\u00e9es en acides amin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>L&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 des prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Les prot\u00e9ines font partie de la constitution des cellules de votre organisme. Elles sont primordiales pour les sportifs car elles vont permettre de reconstituer les muscles apr\u00e8s un effort intense. Lors d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance \u00e9prouvante, la fibre musculaire se casse, il faut la r\u00e9parer. L&rsquo;organisme a besoin de prot\u00e9ines, ce sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre cr\u00e9er par votre corps, ils doivent \u00eatre apporter par l&rsquo;alimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au del\u00e0 de cela, les prot\u00e9ines intervient dans le transport et le stockage de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne mais aussi dans la cr\u00e9ation des anticorps et donc dans la lutte contre les bact\u00e9ries et les virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les apports de prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous l&rsquo;avez compris, le sportif a besoin de plus de prot\u00e9ines qu&rsquo;une personne s\u00e9dentaire pour reconstituer la fibre musculaire, au del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;apport calorique, il faut un apport suffisant en prot\u00e9ines pour permettre une r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des muscles et ainsi permettre de retourner \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une personne s\u00e9dentaire doit ing\u00e9rer 1g par jour et par kilogramme pour assurer un apport suffisant. Un sportif d&rsquo;endurance entre 1.2 et 1.6 grammes. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;une personne qui court r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement doit assurer qu&rsquo;il apporte \u00e0 son organisme 40 \u00e0 50% de prot\u00e9ines en plus qu&rsquo;une personne de m\u00eame poids s\u00e9dentaire. Ce n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9gligeables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Quand mange t&rsquo;on des prot\u00e9ines ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines sont pr\u00e9sents dans de nombreux aliments mais certains r\u00e9gimes (comme un r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien ou v\u00e9g\u00e9talien) font qu&rsquo;il faudra \u00eatre plus vigilants sur un apport de prot\u00e9ines. En effet, le lait et les produits laitiers (yaourts, fromages,&#8230;), \u0153ufs, la viande et le poisson contiennent naturellement des prot\u00e9ines. En cas de r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, il faudra donc int\u00e9grer des prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales comme : les l\u00e9gumineuses (haricots rouges ou noirs, lentilles), les fruits (noix, noisettes, amendes,&#8230;) et graines ol\u00e9agineuses (graines de pavot, graines de courge, graines de colza, graines de tournesol, graines de s\u00e9same), algues, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales,&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Au petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Derni\u00e8rement Foodspring m&rsquo;a envoy\u00e9 quelques produits en test, en \u00e9tudiant les diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils seraient id\u00e9aux pour compl\u00e9ter mon apport en prot\u00e9ines et permettrait de simplifier mon petit d\u00e9jeuner. J&rsquo;ai un petit d\u00e9jeuner assez classique : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/recette-de-pain-noir-maison-52279.html\">pain noir<\/a> et confiture, fruits et yaourt ou petits suisses, une boisson chaude (lait chocolat\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour varier, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;introduire 2 produits propos\u00e9s : un lait saveur vanille \u00e0 base de prot\u00e9ine et une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner au chocolat. Les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales contenues dans ce produit sont extraites de pois, de pois chiches, de graines de tournesol issus de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une ration comprend 21 grammes de prot\u00e9ines soit un apport de 0.3 gramme par kilo pour une personne de 70 kg. Cela va permettre de compenser la diff\u00e9rence entre une personne s\u00e9dentaire et une personne sportive. Pour ma part, en rempla\u00e7ant, une boisson au lait chocolat\u00e9e par un shaker de prot\u00e9ine Foodspring, je ne rajoute pas de calories mais je permet un gain de 21 grammes de prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner prot\u00e9in\u00e9e <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le go\u00fbt se rapproche d&rsquo;une fameuse p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner du commerce, la texture est un moins fluide. En comparant les apports sur les \u00e9tiquettes, on peut voir qu&rsquo;elle contient 5 fois moins de sucres et apporte 3 fois plus de prot\u00e9ines. Sur une tartine qui contient 20 grammes de p\u00e2te, vous apportera 4 grammes de prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant si vous ne pouvez pas vous passez de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner mais il faut prendre en compte l&rsquo;apport de sucre et de graisse qui va avec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Conclusion de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Difficile de voir l&rsquo;impact de cet apport de prot\u00e9ines au quotidien, ce que je retiens c&rsquo;est une bonne d\u00e9couverte, un produit qui permet de remplacer une habitude tout en apportant un suppl\u00e9ment de prot\u00e9ines n\u00e9cessaire pour les sportifs. On essaye souvent de manger sainement mais sans r\u00e9ellement mesurer les diff\u00e9rents apports des nutriments. Un meilleur apport de prot\u00e9ines vous permettra une meilleure r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s les s\u00e9ances \u00e9prouvantes par une meilleure reconstitution des muscles.
