Pratiquant de judo, j&rsquo;ai moi m\u00eame une certaine frustration de faire des dizaines d&rsquo;heures d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> sans avoir aucune donn\u00e9e chiffr\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effectivement impossible de mettre une montre sans avoir un risque de la briser sur une chute, de se blesser ou m\u00eame de blesser involontairement son partenaire. Cependant il existe une solution assez simple pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les donn\u00e9es de vos entrainements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains clubs tr\u00e8s pointus, certains avaient le luxe d&rsquo;avoir une syst\u00e8me sp\u00e9cifique de club avec enregistrement de l&rsquo;ensemble des pratiquants mais ces syst\u00e8mes sont assez co\u00fbteux et difficilement accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que pratiquant de judo et de course \u00e0 pied, je vous propose de d\u00e9couvrir ma solution pour pouvoir analyser ma fr\u00e9quence cardiaque lors de mes entrainements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La ceinture thoracique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inutile de vous dire qu&rsquo;il faudra oublier votre montre ou tout du moins la laisser sur le bord du tapis ou dans les vestiaires. Compte tenu de la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des sports de combat, impossible d&rsquo;imaginer porter une montre et un bracelet sans aucun risque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation de la ceinture thoracique devient indispensable mais vous pensez que la montre doit se trouver \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de votre montre pour envoyer les donn\u00e9es au fur et \u00e0 mesure. J&rsquo;avais fait cette tentative dans un premier temps mais c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s al\u00e9atoire car vous pouvez perdre la communication et vous perdrez ainsi vos pr\u00e9cieuses donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La natation \u00e0 votre secours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce probl\u00e8me technique est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent en natation car le communication dans l&rsquo;eau n&rsquo;est pas bonne non plus au mettre titre qu&rsquo;une distance trop importante entre la montre et la ceinture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, les constructeurs ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 ce probl\u00e8me et l&rsquo;ont r\u00e9solu de mani\u00e8re assez simple. Les donn\u00e9es sont stock\u00e9es sur le capteur et sont transmis \u00e0 la fin de s\u00e9ance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/polar\t\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre polar\" >Polar<\/a> ou une <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a>,
