Quand on s\u2019entraine deux, trois, quatre fois voire plus par semaine, il est important de garder une motivation le plus haut possible. Il est donc indispensable, \u00e0 long terme, de conna\u00eetre les raisons de cette motivation et les m\u00e9thodes ou les leviers pour l\u2019augmenter en se posant les bonnes questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La motivation est multifactorielle, il existe plusieurs sentiments qui ont un effet sur votre motivation. Certains ont un impact plus ou moins important sur votre motivation. Je vous propose un aper\u00e7u rapide des diff\u00e9rents leviers de votre motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le plaisir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pour moi, l\u2019un des sentiments les plus importants surtout dans une pratique loisir comme le font la plupart des lecteurs. La course \u00e0 pied est un sport difficile, la perception physique est parfois dure, surtout lors d\u2019une reprise ou lors de vos d\u00e9buts, il faut prendre en compte cela. Si vous ne connaissez pas encore ce sentiment de plaisir lors de votre pratique, essayez de faire une reprise dans des conditions optimales : pendant les vacances, avec des amis, dans un environnement agr\u00e9able. Il est \u00e9vident que le plaisir ne sera pas le m\u00eame lors d\u2019un footing avec un ami sur le bord de mer qu\u2019une s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> seul dans le froid de l\u2019hiver. Les bonnes r\u00e9solutions de la nouvelle ann\u00e9e sont dur \u00e0 tenir en course \u00e0 pied.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le progr\u00e8s\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vois tout de suite, les aficionados du chronom\u00e8tre compter les secondes de progression \u00e0 chaque sortie mais le progr\u00e8s n\u2019est pas que chronom\u00e9trique. Si battre son record est sans aucun doute une source de motivation, il peut y avoir de nombreuses sources de progr\u00e8s. il ne faut pas s&rsquo;y accrocher co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte, il va y avoir des circonstances qui feront que vous ne progresserez pas toujours : fatigue, maladie, \u00e2ge,&#8230; Le progr\u00e8s peut \u00eatre dans la fa\u00e7on de vous entrainer, vous entrainez plus intelligemment (moins de bornes, plus d&rsquo;entrainements crois\u00e9s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le pourquoi <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sentiment peut para\u00eetre un peu abstrait mais il est important de se poser la question : pourquoi je cours ? pourquoi je m&rsquo;entraine pendant des mois pour courir un marathon ? Les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions peuvent \u00eatre multiples. cela peut aller de l&rsquo;envie de perdre du poids, l&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;\u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9 ou aussi en souvenir d&rsquo;un \u00eatre cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>L&rsquo;appartenance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La notion de groupe peut \u00eatre importante dans un sport individuel, le fait de s&rsquo;entrainer \u00e0 plusieurs peut renforcer votre motivation. Le sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance \u00e0 un groupe (club ou autres) peut vous permettre de d\u00e9passer le manque de motivation sur un entrainement. J&rsquo;y vais pour voir mes amis plus que pour faire une s\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9s et le groupe aide souvent \u00e0 se d\u00e9passer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;appartenance peut \u00eatre beaucoup plus large qu&rsquo;un simple groupe d&rsquo;amis. Elle peut transpara\u00eetre sur le d\u00e9part d&rsquo;une course car vous vous sentez \u00eatre un \u00e9l\u00e9ment du groupe des marathoniens sans forc\u00e9ment avoir une attache personnelle avec les autres coureurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Allez plus loin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces quelques explications devraient pouvoir vous permettre de vous poser les bonnes questions pour trouver la motivation suffisante.
