Alors je n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 faire le n\u00e9cessaire pour soigner l\u2019avant et l\u2019apr\u00e8s des s\u00e9ances.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l\u2019encha\u00eenement du marathon de Berlin et du marathon Nice Cannes, j\u2019avoue avoir plut\u00f4t bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 et cela m\u2019a permis de faire cet encha\u00eenement qui me faisait peur au d\u00e9part. Dans un premier temps j\u2019ai eu une attention particuli\u00e8re sur mon sommeil en allant me coucher le plus t\u00f4t possible et sans pour autant avoir une vie de moine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela m\u2019a permis aussi de tester deux nouveaut\u00e9s de la marque fran\u00e7aise Apurna : une boisson \u00e0 prendre avant l\u2019effort pour pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance difficile et une boisson \u00e0 prendre apr\u00e8s l\u2019effort pour mieux r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer. Le but \u00e9tant de r\u00e9duire au maximum la fatigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9valuation de ce type de produit n\u2019est pas simple, pour moi il est difficile de trouver une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 scientifique sur l\u2019effet exacte de ces boissons. C\u2019est pour cela que je resterai sur un ressenti global et une simple appr\u00e9ciation gustative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gustativement, aucun doute, c\u2019est l\u2019un des mes go\u00fbts pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s : les fruits rouges. Je ne bois que tr\u00e8s rarement des boissons sucr\u00e9s, je ne vois quasiment\u00a0 jamais de soda, je me limite \u00e0 quelques sirops largement dilu\u00e9s. On arrive donc sur le point commun \u00e0 ces boissons, je les trouve trop forte en go\u00fbt dans les dosages conseill\u00e9s. Donc je ne les respecte jamais, dans ce cas je vais respecter la quantit\u00e9 de poudre mais je vais diluer avec beaucoup plus d\u2019eau (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral deux fois plus) et j\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 que cela le convenait largement. Il faut noter qu\u2019en diluant plus il n\u2019y a pas moins de min\u00e9raux ou autres composants. Il y a juste plus d\u2019eau. Comme je fais partie de ceux qui ne s\u2019hydratent jamais assez, c\u2019est tout aussi bien de plus diluer et je ne vois pas d\u2019autres effets secondaires.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Avant l&rsquo;entrainement <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de pr\u00e9parer votre corps avant une s\u00e9ance intense vous pouvez boire un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;eau et de pre-workout, cette poudre contient des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui vont vous permettre de mieux r\u00e9sister pendant la s\u00e9ance, bien s\u00fbr ce n&rsquo;est pas magique si vous dormez mal et que vous mangez mal, ce n&rsquo;est pas la potion d&rsquo;Ast\u00e9rix. Ce type de produits s&rsquo;utilise \u00e0 des dosages tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis 20 grammes dans au moins 250 millilitres d&rsquo;eau et en compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Dans le cas d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9paration marathon, je l&rsquo;ai pris une fois par semaine (peut \u00eatre pour rassurer mon esprit), sur la s\u00e9ance qui parait insurmontable sur le papier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce m\u00e9lange contient de la caf\u00e9ine, magn\u00e9sium, ginseng, cr\u00e9atine, b\u00eata alanine, malate de citrulline, L-arginine. Ces produits initialement utilis\u00e9es en musculation, ont \u00e9galement une utilit\u00e9 en endurance et donc en course \u00e0 pied. La cr\u00e9atine est un acid\u00e9 amin\u00e9 disponible naturellement dans la viande et le poisson a raison de 5 grammes par kilogramme environ. La <meta charset=\"utf-8\">b\u00eata alanine se trouve \u00e9galement dans la viande, le poisson et les produits laitiers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette solution va permettre d&rsquo;avoir une quantit\u00e9 plus importante d&rsquo;acides amin\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9parer votre effort. Cela permet d&rsquo;augmenter la pr\u00e9sence de ce produit naturel avec un apport de mati\u00e8re synth\u00e9tique (sans pour autant manger 2 kilos de filets de poulet).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Apr\u00e8s ou pendant l&rsquo;entrainement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant l&rsquo;effort ou apr\u00e8s votre <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>, vous pouvez compl\u00e9ter votre hydratation avec un coktail d&rsquo;acides amin\u00e9s, les fameuses : <meta charset=\"utf-8\">Leucine, Valine et isoleucine. Encore une fois ces produits se retrouvent dans les viandes et les produits laitiers comme le parmesan. En suivant les doses prescrites en fonction de votre poids, vous assurez ainsi \u00e0 votre corps, la dose id\u00e9ale pour optimiser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces acides amin\u00e9s vont vous permettre de reconstituer les muscles apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort.
