En presque 20 ans, je n&rsquo;avais jamais eu l&rsquo;occasion de me tester. L&rsquo;occasion de d\u00e9couvrir comment se passe le suivi des grands athl\u00e8tes de nos disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir fait le point avec mon m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste pour s&rsquo;assurer que tout allait bien, je me rend \u00e0 l&rsquo;ADC (Annecy Design Center), o\u00f9 se trouve une partie des \u00e9quipes Salomon en France, pour une journ\u00e9e riche. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Mat\u00e9riel pour un test d&rsquo;effort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Pour mettre en place un test d&rsquo;effort, il faut un mat\u00e9riel assez sp\u00e9cifique, il sera donc difficile de r\u00e9aliser \u00e7a \u00e0 la maison. D&rsquo;ailleurs je vous d\u00e9conseille fortement de tenter cette exp\u00e9rience sans un suivi tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis par une personne exp\u00e9riment\u00e9. Le test se r\u00e9alise sur un tapis de course. Ce capteur est un Metamax 3B et il va permettre de calculer les \u00e9changes gazeux (volumes \/ oxyg\u00e8ne \/ gaz carbonique \/ &#8230;.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ordinateur est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un logiciel sp\u00e9cifique fourni par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Cortex : Metasoft Studio. Dans un premier temps (entre 8 et 12 km\/h) de un en un, puis au del\u00e0 de 12 km\/h de 0.5 en 0.5. Le but de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration \u00e9tant d&rsquo;aller le plus loin possible et de d\u00e9terminer ainsi votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\">VMA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ce test quatre jours avant le marathon de Berlin, je ne suis pas all\u00e9 \u00e0 mes limites mais cela m&rsquo;a permis de voir un peu mon \u00e9tat de forme. Les informations disponibles sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>FC : Fr\u00e9quence cardiaque<\/li><li>VO2 : VO2 calcul\u00e9e en temps r\u00e9el<\/li><li>V&rsquo;E : Volume expir\u00e9<\/li><li>V&rsquo;CO2 : Volume de gaz carbonique expir\u00e9<\/li><li>RER : quotient d&rsquo;\u00e9change gazeux respiratoire mesur\u00e9. Cela devient difficile quand RER > 1 et le maximum pour un sujet entrain\u00e9 est \u00e0 1.1. Au repos, le RER est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au dessous de 0.85<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Le dernier palier atteint sera une estimation de votre <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> : Vitesse Maximale A\u00e9robie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bilan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience f\u00fbt tr\u00e8s enrichissante, les conditions sont assez particuli\u00e8res car il faut supporter le masque qui contr\u00f4le vos \u00e9changes gazeux et le tout se passe sur un tapis de course. On est loin d&rsquo;un test en stade avec des plots, il faut avoir une certaine habitude de l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> sur tapis, ne pas avoir peur d&rsquo;aller vite sur un tapis, garder une certaine stabilit\u00e9 (pour ne pas tirer sur les c\u00e2bles du capteur) et supporter le masque.
