L&rsquo;imagerie mentale est l&rsquo;une des techniques utilis\u00e9es. Durant la formation, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e9galement aux diff\u00e9rentes techniques que l&rsquo;on pourrait appliquer en course \u00e0 pied, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 certains sujets sur le site. Il suffit d&rsquo;imaginer dans sa t\u00eate les s\u00e9quences de son syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;attaque. Cela permettra de les m\u00e9moriser et de les automatiser en fonction des r\u00e9actions de son adversaire. En course \u00e0 pied, et en l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;interactions directes avec l&rsquo;adversaire, cette technique peut para\u00eetre moins \u00e9vidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vais vous r\u00e9v\u00e9ler deux techniques que j&rsquo;utilise sur les fins de course pour les rendre plus agr\u00e9ables surtout sur les longues distances. Pour ces deux techniques, il vous faudra r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 votre parcours pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, un parcours que vous connaissez par coeur, un parcours que vous pratiquez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, un parcours dont vous connaissez le moindre virage, vous savez o\u00f9 se trouve chaque kilom\u00e8tre. Ce parcours va devenir votre r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Imaginons que votre parcours fait 6 kilom\u00e8tres, c&rsquo;est le parcours que vous faites en r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, c&rsquo;est le parcours que vous faites tranquille entre amis, c&rsquo;est le parcours que vous aimez faire d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 un ami de passage&#8230; Ce parcours va devenir une cl\u00e9 de votre imagerie mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La segmentation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La technique consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9couper votre course ou votre sortie longue en plusieurs r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de votre parcours favoris. Vous allez ainsi vous repr\u00e9senter mentalement les \u00e9l\u00e9ments que vous connaissez et les transposer sur ce parcours que vous ne connaissez pas ou peu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, quand on ne connait pas un parcours, il peut para\u00eetre souvent plus long et comme vous courez cela peut donc vous sembler plus fatiguant. En imaginant votre parcours pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 et ses points positifs tout au long de votre course, vous occupez votre esprit de mani\u00e8re positive. \u00ab\u00a0Si j&rsquo;\u00e9tais sur mon parcours, je serai pr\u00e8s du petit lac avec les cygnes en train de barboter\u00a0\u00bb&#8230; Essayez aussi de retrouver des ressemblances pour vous sentir encore plus dans votre jardin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La gestion de la fin de course par l&rsquo;imagerie mentale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Psychologiquement, physiologiquement, physiquement, les derniers kilom\u00e8tres sont les plus durs. La fin approchant, vous \u00eates proches de l&rsquo;objectif mais le mental qui vous tenez jusque l\u00e0, commence \u00e0 se rel\u00e2cher \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e, les muscles deviennent douloureux, la foul\u00e9e est plus pesante,&#8230; C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas craquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous invite donc \u00e0 transposer les derniers kilom\u00e8tres de votre course sur les derniers kilom\u00e8tres de votre parcours favori.
