Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;occasion de tester tout un tas de gadgets plus ou moins chers, plus ou moins efficaces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le domaine de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, il existe de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s comme l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ctrostimulation, la cryoth\u00e9rapie, la pressoth\u00e9rapie ou le massage par percussion. Apr\u00e8s avoir tester de nombreux dispositifs, je suis globalement convaincu par l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 de ce type de dispositifs, il suffit pour s&rsquo;en convaincre de les essayer sur une seule jambe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un peu de recul, j&rsquo;ai mis en place une petit routine rapide qui prend 5 \u00e0 10 minutes apr\u00e8s les s\u00e9ances difficiles. Pour cela j&rsquo;utilise le petit pistolet de massage de la marque Hyperice. Il est plus petit que la majorit\u00e9 des pistolets, simple \u00e0 utiliser et la batterie tient un bon moment.
