D\u00e8s lors, s\u2019entra\u00eener au poker entre deux courses s\u2019impose comme une bonne mani\u00e8re d\u2019entretenir un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit fort et solide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les Escape Rooms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grande tendance depuis quelques ann\u00e9es (notamment <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynamique-mag.com\/article\/escape-gameveritable-tendance-entrepreneuriale.10246\">en mati\u00e8re de team building<\/a>), les <em>Escape Rooms<\/em>, \u00e0 savoir cette activit\u00e9 qui vous invite \u00e0 vous enfermer volontairement dans une pi\u00e8ce pendant une heure pour tenter d\u2019en sortir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution d\u2019\u00e9nigmes en tout genre, ont <strong>l\u2019avantage de vous sortir de votre zone de confort et de vous confronter \u00e0 des casse-t\u00eates qui mettent vos nerfs \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve<\/strong>. Cela vous permet donc de vous d\u00e9passer, autrement que sur le plan physique. Et cela vous permet d\u2019\u00eatre fier de vous et de prendre confiance en vous au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous avancez dans le jeu et que vous trouvez la voie vers la sortie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonus : apr\u00e8s vous \u00eatre tortur\u00e9 les m\u00e9ninges pendant une heure, vous pouvez \u00eatre s\u00fbr(e) que vous n\u2019aurez qu\u2019une envie, \u00e0 savoir vous d\u00e9fouler lors d\u2019une course \u00e0 pied pour \u00e9vacuer toutes les tensions accumul\u00e9es pendant une heure !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le gaming<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, jouer au jeux vid\u00e9o peut aussi \u00eatre une bonne mani\u00e8re de renforcer votre mental de coureur : quel que soit le type de jeu qui vous pla\u00eet, <strong>le fait de miser sur un peu de comp\u00e9tition (dans un bon esprit, soyons clairs) ne peut que vous faire du bien<\/strong> pour vous aider \u00e0 avoir la gagne lors de vos prochaines courses.
