Pour cela il faut suivre l&rsquo;apport calorique des aliments mais pas uniquement, il faut suivre aussi les macro-nutriments (glucides, lipides, prot\u00e9ines) et les nutriments (fibres, vitamines, calcium,&#8230;). N&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas un sp\u00e9cialiste en nutrition, j&rsquo;ai cherch\u00e9 comment suivre tout \u00e7a et surtout prendre en compte l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re et sportive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&rsquo;\u00e9tat si vous poss\u00e9dez une montre GPS avec un capteur de fr\u00e9quence, vous \u00eates en mesure d&rsquo;avoir une estimation de ce que vous avez consommez chaque jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, aucun souci votre montre vous donnera une estimation assez int\u00e9ressante mais cot\u00e9 apport c&rsquo;est un peu plus compliqu\u00e9. Il faut diss\u00e9quer chaque aliment et cela toute la journ\u00e9e. Ca peut vite devenir chronophage et pas vraiment motivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;avantage avec Internet et les applications mobiles, c&rsquo;est que ce genre de contraintes peut vite devenir facile voire m\u00eame un jeu. En fouillant un peu en partant de l&rsquo;application <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/garmin-connect-70608.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Garmin connect<\/a>, je d\u00e9couvre l&rsquo;application MyFitnessPal qui s&rsquo;interconnecte avec la plateforme <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;application r\u00e9cup\u00e8re les besoins au niveau de Garmin et renvoie sur Garmin les calories ing\u00e9r\u00e9es (oui oui calorie c&rsquo;est f\u00e9minin) directement sur la plateforme Garmin. M\u00eame si il s&rsquo;agit de 2 applications diff\u00e9rentes, l&rsquo;interaction entre les deux fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MyFitnessPal permet d&rsquo;ajouter chaque aliment que scanner des produits. Ce scanner va trouver directement le produit et ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s nutritionnelles. L&rsquo;ensemble des objectifs sont modifiables dans les param\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;application :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Votre objectif journalier sans activit\u00e9 sportive<\/li><li>Votre objectif de r\u00e9partition des macronutriments.<\/li><li>Vos niveaux pour chaque nutriment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc effectivement j&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;instant les valeurs par d\u00e9faut et j&rsquo;affinerai tout \u00e7a avec le temps.
