Un jogging de 45 minutes \u00e0 une heure, \u00e0 une <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> mod\u00e9r\u00e9e est plus int\u00e9ressant qu&rsquo;une course intense de dix minutes. L&rsquo;exercice doit donc \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9 en endurance fondamentale et non en intensit\u00e9 et le plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement possible. Trois s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;une heure par semaine sont id\u00e9ales pour arriver \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong> <span style=\"color: #339966;\">Deuxi\u00e8me question ? ET SI LA COURSE A PIED NE SUFFIT PAS ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Si la course \u00e0 pied ne suffit pas, on sort l&rsquo;artillerie lourde car oui, oui on peut \u00eatr<\/span>e mince et avoir de la cellulite&#8230; bouhhh bouhhh<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Les cr\u00e8mes anti-cellulite<\/strong> ne sont pas toutes des arnaques. Elles font vraiment perdre des cm de tour de cuisse. Je l&rsquo;ai moi m\u00eame exp\u00e9riment\u00e9.
