Non pas que je sois jalouse et que je veuille rester la plus mince du groupe, non pas que j&rsquo;ai peur d&rsquo;\u00eatre rejointe et d\u00e9pass\u00e9e par l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elle lors d&rsquo;une course, je calme toujours leurs ardeurs&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Parce que&#8230; pour mes copines tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s en surpoids, voire ob\u00e8ses, je leur sugg\u00e8re d&rsquo;aller consulter un m\u00e9decin. En effet, avec du mauvais cholesterol, un taux de triglyc\u00e9rides \u00e9lev\u00e9, m\u00e9fiance, car m\u00eame si \u00e0 terme le cholest\u00e9rol diminue avec la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de la course \u00e0 pied, il ne faut pas oublier qu&rsquo;un coureur de fond en pleine forme sur 10000 d\u00e9c\u00e8de chaque ann\u00e9e au cours d&rsquo;un effort&#8230;<br \/>\nCela concerne principalement les coureurs entre 35 et 55 ans, le plus souvent c&rsquo;est \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;une plaque d&rsquo;ath\u00e9rome jeune donc fra\u00eeche et souple qui se d\u00e9tache et bouche une art\u00e8re (apr\u00e8s 60 ans, les plaques sont moins souples donc moins mobiles).<\/p>\n<p>Le risque aussi quand on prend de bonnes r\u00e9solutions, c&rsquo;est que parfois on veut en faire trop, et comme dirait mon medecin anglophone \u00ab\u00a0on coupe tout\u00a0\u00bb. Mes copines qui veulent maigrir se mettent \u00e0 courir, courir, courir et ne plus manger. Or quand on court, on a besoin d&rsquo;un minimum de carburant, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire :<br \/>\n&#8211; 55% de glucides (dont au maximum 10% de sucres rapides)<br \/>\n&#8211; 30% de lipides<br \/>\n&#8211; 15% de prot\u00e9ines<\/p>\n<p>Il y a celles aussi qui courent sans changer leur alimentation et l\u00e0, je ne peux m&#8217;emp\u00eacher de prendre mon air s\u00e9v\u00e8re d\u00e9sapprobateur..<strong>. \u00ab\u00a0non, le nutella tu n&rsquo;y as pas le droit, m\u00eame si tu cours.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien que mes copines soient sympa et bon esprit, elles aiment me narguer en courant vite vite alors que moi qui court depuis plusieurs mois, je me traine, je me traine&#8230; et l\u00e0 je les rattrape car apr\u00e8s 20 minutes elles sont cuites. J&rsquo;en profite alors pour leur dire que 1\/ si elles couraient moins vite, elles tiendraient plus longtemps, que 2\/ courir vite ne fait pas vraiment maigrir. Pour puiser dans les graisses, il faut courir \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 cardiaque, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire courir en pouvant tenir une conversation sans \u00eatre essoufl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0, vous allez penser que je veux rester seule et que je n&rsquo;a qu&rsquo;une envie, d\u00e9courager mes cops&rsquo; mais pour celles tr\u00e8s en surpoids, la course \u00e0 pied \u00e9tant assez traumatisante pour les tendons et les ligaments, je leur conseille parfois de se mettre \u00e0 la natation avant de courir&#8230; vouloir porter le bikini \u00e7a motive aussi&#8230; en plus, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sinon mon ptit truc \u00e0 moi que je veux bien partager avec vous, c&rsquo;est de courir de temps en temps \u00e0 jeun&#8230; radical !<\/p>\n<p>Allez&#8230;j&rsquo;ai encore 5 ou 6 kgs \u00e0 perdre \ud83d\ude09 <strong>Et vous ?
