Si l&rsquo;on rajoute les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/annulations-en-cascade-70231.html\">annulations de courses<\/a> et vous voil\u00e0 un peu perdu. Si en plus de tout \u00e7a, vous ne pouvez pas aller travailler et que vous ne pratiquez pas le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Votre vie est compl\u00e8tement chamboul\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il faut rester positif, vous avez su vous adapt\u00e9 et vous avez trouv\u00e9 un rythme pour continuer \u00e0 vous entrainer : s\u00e9ances de PPG, quelques <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/sortir-courir-70198.html\">sorties autour de la maison<\/a>,.. Peut \u00eatre des s\u00e9ances sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/tacx-neo-smart-63122.html\">Home Trainer<\/a> avec ou sans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/jai-monte-lalpes-dhuez-en-restant-chez-moi-63028.html\">Zwift<\/a> voire sur un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/zwift-pour-les-coureurs-58147.html\">tapis de course<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous ces changements vont perturber votre organisme : peut \u00eatre plus de s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9, des postures diff\u00e9rentes, moins ou plus d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s physiques,&#8230; Et vous pouvez sans doute perdre une bonne habitude : boire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Vous aviez pris des automatismes en arrivant au boulot en remplissant votre bouteille d&rsquo;eau au moins 2 fois par jour et vous \u00e9tiez bien hydrat\u00e9 mais avec les changements, les bonnes r\u00e9solutions et leurs bienfaits ont disparu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus, si vous faites du home trainer ou du tapis de course, vous avez sans doute constater que vous transpirez beaucoup plus que sur votre v\u00e9lo dehors. En effet, en int\u00e9rieur, vous ne subissez pas la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;air inverse \u00e0 votre d\u00e9placement. Vous pouvez ainsi perdre assez vite plusieurs litres d&rsquo;eau&#8230; Il suffit de faire une fois 10 minutes de home trainer pour comprendre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Bien s&rsquo;hydrater<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;hydratation est fondamentale dans la pratique du sport et elle est encore plus importante lorsque vous pratiquez en int\u00e9rieur. Sur un home trainer, il ne faut pas avoir soif, la sensation de soif est un mauvais signe. Cela signifie que vous avez trop attendu et il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop tard. Vous devez toujours boire avant d&rsquo;avoir la sensation de soif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur Zwift, vous constaterez que votre avatar boit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Faites de m\u00eame, prenez l&rsquo;habitude de boire \u00e0 chaque fois que votre alter-ego boit dans le jeu. Si les d\u00e9veloppeurs ont rajout\u00e9 cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment, ce n&rsquo;est pas un hasard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buvez aussi tout au long de la journ\u00e9e et de l&rsquo;eau de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, il faut compter 2 litres d&rsquo;eau minimum et plus en fonction de vos entrainements. Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de home trainer, vous pouvez \u00e9galement boire une boisson isotonique pour recharger les min\u00e9raux perdus pendant l&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Suis-je bien hydrater ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Prendre l&rsquo;habitude de boire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement apporte de nombreux avantages, cela am\u00e9liore votre digestion et cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de nombreux d\u00e9sagrements. Votre corps est compos\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 70% d&rsquo;eau, il est important de la renouveler pour hydrater l&rsquo;ensemble des cellules de votre organisme.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne digestion, des urines claires, des selles r\u00e9guli\u00e8res,&#8230; sont des \u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9nts assez visibles de votre \u00e9tat d&rsquo;hydratation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi pincer votre peau et elle doit revenir en place sans marquer un pli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant l&rsquo;effort, si vos poils s&rsquo;h\u00e9rissent sur votre bras, c&rsquo;est un signe de d\u00e9shydratation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Cons\u00e9quences d&rsquo;une mauvaise hydratation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences d&rsquo;une hydratation insuffisante sont multiples et sont toujours de nature \u00e0 une baisse des performances chez le sportif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;avez sans doute jamais reli\u00e9 ces petits maux du quotidien avec le fait de boire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mais voil\u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;unes des cons\u00e9quences directes d&rsquo;une mauvaise hydratation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Crampes<\/li><li>Perte de concentration<\/li><li>Peau s\u00e8che<\/li><li>Constipation<\/li><li>Maux de t\u00eates<\/li><li>Infections urinaires<\/li><li>Fatigue<\/li><li>Vertiges<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez sans doute un jour eu un de ses petits d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments, l&rsquo;avez vous attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une mauvaise hydratation ?
