Il n&rsquo;y a pas de secret, il faut trouver le bon aliment qui vous apporte les calories pour durer dans l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve sans perturber votre digestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sorties longues de votre pr\u00e9paration sont un moment cl\u00e9 pour valider ce que vous allez manger pendant la course. Si vous vous entrainez tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t le matin, au lieu de partir \u00e0 jeun, cela peut \u00eatre \u00e9galement l&rsquo;occasion de tester des barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en le mangeant durant les premi\u00e8res minutes de votre <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> (pendant l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous \u00eates plut\u00f4t gels ou barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ? Personnellement je pense qu&rsquo;il est bien d&rsquo;alterner les deux. J&rsquo;ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales que je prend la majorit\u00e9 du temps en petites prises r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et je privil\u00e9gie les gels pour g\u00e9rer les petits coups de mou ou sur la fin de course pour maximiser la prise de glucides. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.i-run.fr\/dietetique\/Apurna_m202\/\">Apurna<\/a> propose bien s\u00fbr une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/apurna-gels-energie-un-choix-de-contenants-et-de-contenus-60102.html\">gamme de gels tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8tes<\/a>. Au niveau de la gamme des barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales vous trouverez deux types de gammes : moelleuses et croustillantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales croustillantes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une recette classique bas\u00e9e sur des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales de bl\u00e9 et seigle en flocons (pour apporter du croquant) mais aussi du sirop de glucose pour assurer le maintien de la barre. Ensuite en fonction des go\u00fbts vous trouverez soit des p\u00e9pites de chocolat soit un m\u00e9lange noisettes \/ \u00e9corces d&rsquo;orange. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les barres font 35 grammes pour 130 kcal environ avec 20 grammes de glucides et 5,5 grammes de prot\u00e9ines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les go\u00fbts sont sympas mais j&rsquo;ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la version chocolat \/ noisettes. C&rsquo;est une constante, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le chocolat m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et les fruits sous forme de gel, de compotes ou de p\u00e2tes de fruits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je consomme ce type de barres en petits morceaux. J&rsquo;ouvre et je d\u00e9coupe les barres avant de partir en fonction de mes besoins et je mets le tout dans un petit sac de cong\u00e9lation. C&rsquo;est plus confortable que de devoir ouvrir l&#8217;emballage et de mordre dans la barre. Ca permet d&rsquo;avoir des morceaux de tailles raisonnables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales moelleuses <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un peu plus compacte que la barre croustillante, elles font 40 grammes pour 150 kcal, 24 grammes de glucides (il y a plus de sirop de glucose que sur les barres croustillantes)  et 4,4 grammes de prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces barres sont un peu plus p\u00e2teuses. En terme d&rsquo;apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique c&rsquo;est assez similaire donc cela d\u00e9pendra de vos go\u00fbts et de votre aptitude \u00e0 assimiler dans l&rsquo;effort. Comme souvent il faut tester pour se faire un avis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les barres croustillantes qui sont plus a\u00e9r\u00e9es. Cependant les barres moelleuses sont un peu plus go\u00fbtues et un peu moins s\u00e8ches&#8230; donc plus faciles \u00e0 assimiler sans forc\u00e9ment boire de l&rsquo;eau juste apr\u00e8s. Une affaire de go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s personnelle&#8230;     vous trouverez une version chocolat et bananes \/ c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenez l&rsquo;habitude au minimum d&rsquo;ouvrir proprement l&#8217;emballage de la barre (voir la barre du bas sur la photo du dessus).
