C&rsquo;est la base de la pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance comme le marathon. Tous les entraineurs l&rsquo;appliquent et le font appliquer \u00e0 leurs athl\u00e8tes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais avez-vous r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 appliquer \u00e0 la lettre chacune des recommandations, chacune des s\u00e9ances avec des seuils, des intervalles, des zones de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, des <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allures<\/a> d&rsquo;entrainements, des allures de course, des temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration&#8230; et j&rsquo;en passe. Le plan d&rsquo;entrainement est souvent complexe \u00e0 suivre et \u00e0 mettre en place. Souvent il faut aller au stade pour courir les distances plus facilement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors quand j&rsquo;entends que moins de 10% des coureurs utilisent les fonctions de programmation de certaines montres, j&rsquo;avoue que j&rsquo;ai du mal \u00e0 suivre&#8230; Tout le monde suit un plan d&rsquo;entrainement mais dans les faits, je ne comprends pas toujours comment, car les gens sont la plupart du temps incapables de programmer un simple 30&Prime;\/30&Prime; sur leur montre de running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est sans doute l&rsquo;une des raisons pour lesquelles je n&rsquo;ai jamais vraiment suivi un plan d&rsquo;entrainement \u00e0 la lettre et pourtant je maitrise plut\u00f4t bien la programmation sur les diff\u00e9rentes en fonction de leurs possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pr\u00e9parant mes objectifs pour 2020, j&rsquo;ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me pencher de plus pr\u00e8s sur cette probl\u00e9matique et utiliser au maximum les outils \u00e0 ma disposition pour pr\u00e9parer mes courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Date de la course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On ne commence pas un plan de pr\u00e9paration quand on veut, c&rsquo;est la course, sa date et la dur\u00e9e de votre plan d&rsquo;entrainement, qui va d\u00e9terminer la date du d\u00e9but de votre pr\u00e9paration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;utilise donc <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a> Connect pour planifier l&rsquo;ensemble des entrainements pour le marathon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas me poser de questions sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat ou non de telle ou telle s\u00e9ance mais d&rsquo;appliquer au mieux l&rsquo;ensemble du programme et de voir les r\u00e9sultats au fur et \u00e0 mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai choisi un programme de niveau 2 bas\u00e9 sur la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque il contient 5 s\u00e9ances par semaine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Utilisation du plan d&rsquo;entrainement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plan s&rsquo;installe directement sur votre calendrier Garmin Connect (au passage vous gagnerez un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/prenez-vous-au-jeu-sur-garmin-connect-60180.html\">badge<\/a> \u00ab\u00a0Bien organis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb) , chaque s\u00e9ance est imm\u00e9diatement programm\u00e9. Vous pouvez d\u00e9placer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments un par un.
