Au total, plusieurs milliers de kilom\u00e8tres en v\u00e9lo, en basket ou en natation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Le marathon de printemps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est une course que je d\u00e9teste mais qui permet de partir sur de bonnes bases. Avoir comme premier objectif, un marathon au mois d&rsquo;avril c&rsquo;est s&rsquo;assurer d&rsquo;une bonne pr\u00e9paration hivernale. Nous prenons le d\u00e9part avec plusieurs amis depuis l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re. Je remonte progressivement les coureurs, je m&rsquo;alimente correctement et surtout je bats mon record et je passe pour la premi\u00e8re fois sous la barre des 4 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Saison des triathlons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>le deuxi\u00e8me objectif de la saison est en septembre avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/mon-premier-triathlon-long-a-gerardmer-en-2019-67394.html\">triathlon de G\u00e9rardmer version XL<\/a>. A partir du mois d&rsquo;avril, tout est orient\u00e9 vers cet objectif. Je vais donc augmenter les distances en v\u00e9lo, maintenir au maximum ma forme en course \u00e0 pied et nager r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il me faut augmenter le volume des sorties en v\u00e9lo et travailler le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. Tout se passe plut\u00f4t bien mais \u00e0 3 semaines du jour J, une bronchite m&rsquo;oblige \u00e0 tout arr\u00eater pour gu\u00e9rir plus rapidement et \u00e9viter toutes complications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69124\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york-100x150.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york-413x620.jpg 413w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/pont-marathon-new-york.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pourrai tout de m\u00eame courir le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/marathon-de-new-york-2019-69103.html\">marathon de New-York 2019<\/a> mais en oubliant l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de repasser encore une fois sous la barre des 4 heures&#8230; L&rsquo;occasion de courir tout en profitant un maximum de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement exceptionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir la saison en beaut\u00e9 et pour participer \u00e0 la f\u00eate, un petit tour sur l&rsquo;un des parcours de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/saintelyon-2019-69120.html\">Saint\u00e9lyon<\/a>, une course tellement diff\u00e9rente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Et 2020 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;instant, tout n&rsquo;est pas encore cal\u00e9, j&rsquo;aimerais refaire un marathon en d\u00e9but de saison car c&rsquo;est une excellente motivation pour l&rsquo;hiver.
