Ah bon ?? Ben moi si&#8230; m\u00eame si cen&rsquo;est pas le cas de tout le monde, et notamment de Fred, ce \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0petit vantard\u00a0\u00bb qui n&rsquo; a \u00ab\u00a0Jamais de courbature !\u00a0\u00bb nous dit-il &#8230;<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">Bon &#8230; Les courbatures, si vous pensiez qu&rsquo;elles \u00e9taient dues \u00e0 l&rsquo;acide lactique, vous avez tout faux car pour une fois, l&rsquo;ensemble de lacommunaut\u00e9 scientifico-sportive semble d&rsquo;accord pour nous dire que \u00a0l&rsquo;acide lactique &#8211; et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le lactate, le sel de l&rsquo;acide lactique &#8211; est \u00e9limin\u00e9 dans les minutes qui suivent un exercice et ne s\u2019accumule donc pas dans les tissus musculaires. De plus, le concept dulactate comme un des facteurs de la fatigue musculaire est de plus en plus controvers\u00e9 dans la litt\u00e9rature scientifique. (voir les \u00e9crits de Perronnet &amp; Thibeault, 2005)<\/div>\n<div>En fait, les causes des courbatures sont les suivantes :<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">&#8211; des petits \u00e9panchements de sang provoqu\u00e9s par rupture des capillaires sanguins<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">&#8211; des micro-traumatismes entra\u00eenant une lyse des cellules musculaires3.<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">&#8211; Une accumulation de d\u00e9chets dans le muscle<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">OK mais m\u00eame si elles disparaissent spontan\u00e9ment en 3 \u00e0 5 jours, voire une semaine pour les plus malchanceux, ce n&rsquo;est gu\u00e8re agr\u00e9able alors comment les \u00e9viter et s&rsquo;en d\u00e9barrasser ? A ce sujet, vous avez tous vos trucs et astuces que voil\u00e0 :<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\"><strong> EN PREVENTIF<\/strong><\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">* boire beaucoup&#8230; pas de chance, vous allez devoir vous arr\u00eater de nombreuses fois faire pipi pendant votre course&#8230;<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">* faire des \u00e9tirements<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">* et s&rsquo;entrainer s\u00e9rieusement &#8230; ben oui, on l&rsquo;a d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit, on n&rsquo;est pas des amateurs nous !!!<\/div>\n<p><strong>&#8230; ET QUAND C&rsquo;EST TROP TARD :<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">* utilisation de potions magiques \u00e0 base de divers ingr\u00e9dients non moins magiques, arnica, camphre, huiles essentielles<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">* massages par un d\u00e9licieux masseur (d\u00e9sol\u00e9e messieurs)<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">* si pas de masseur, une bonne douche froide en jets ou se frotter avec des gla\u00e7ons&#8230; pas cool, pour le r\u00e9confort, on repassera !
