Je double la plupart des distances par rapport \u00e0 un triathlon distance olympique (1500 m \/ 40 km \/ 10 km). D&rsquo;ailleurs je remercie les personnes qui ont fait le calcul car je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re largement faire 10 km de v\u00e9lo en plus et 1100 m de natation en moins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si mes 5 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en triathlon m&rsquo;ont appris qu&rsquo;il fallait une certaine organisation de la course, je m&rsquo;aper\u00e7ois qu&rsquo;il y a un gouffre entre le format half-ironman et la distance olympique au niveau organisationnel. J&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 mes derni\u00e8res soir\u00e9es \u00e0 relire le briefing et \u00e0 lire entre les lignes pour ne rien manquer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les sacs de transition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> A la diff\u00e9rence des triathlons de plus courtes distances, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on pose tout \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du v\u00e9lo, cette fois ci il faut pr\u00e9parer des sacs de transition. Des sacs personnels que vous allez pouvoir r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer durant les diff\u00e9rentes transitions, il faudra prendre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve suivante et remettre dedans ceux de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par rapport aux autres \u00e9preuves, o\u00f9 tout se passe pr\u00e8s de votre v\u00e9lo, cette fois-ci votre v\u00e9lo sera seul. Vous r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez votre sac de transition, vous vous changez ou vous prenez juste les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires. Vous reposez votre sac de transition et c&rsquo;est reparti pour un tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a 3 sacs de transition :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Le sac de d\u00e9part : vous mettez vos derni\u00e8res affaires avant de plonger dans l&rsquo;eau (claquettes, veste qui tient chaud \u00e0 enlever au dernier moment,&#8230;)<\/li><li>le sac de transition v\u00e9lo : il contient vos chaussures (sauf si elles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 accroch\u00e9es sur vos cales pieds), votre casque, vos lunettes, une veste si il fait froid, des chaussettes mais aussi votre compteur de v\u00e9lo, une serviette pour bien vous s\u00e9cher avant de vous lancer,&#8230; En partant vous rangez \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur votre combinaison de natation, votre bonnet, vos lunettes.<\/li><li>le sac de transition course \u00e0 pied : une paire de chaussures de running, une casquette  ou une visi\u00e8re. Vous y stockerez ensuite les chaussures de v\u00e9lo et votre casque.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de vous lancer dans une telle course, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez \u00e0 prendre votre temps, une feuille et un crayon pour bien lister ce dont vous allez avoir besoin et prenez bien en compte la m\u00e9t\u00e9o et la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve pour faire le choix de votre mat\u00e9riel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Une organisation aux petits soins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous ces petits d\u00e9tails sont l\u00e0 pour vous simplifiez la vie, l&rsquo;organisation vous propose aussi des ravitaillements tr\u00e8s cons\u00e9quents par rapport aux autres courses.
