Les param\u00e8tres sont nombreux, les triathl\u00e8tes ne sont pas tous bons en natation, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;essence m\u00eame des \u00e9preuves multiples. On n&rsquo;est pas excellent dans toutes les disciplines alors on compense dans d&rsquo;autres&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les diff\u00e9rents types de d\u00e9part<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un triathlon commence toujours par la natation, mais il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de se lancer dans l&rsquo;eau. La plupart des triathlons ont un d\u00e9part en <strong>Mass start<\/strong> : Tout le monde se lance en m\u00eame temps dans l&rsquo;eau. C&rsquo;est plus simple \u00e0 g\u00e9rer au niveau des temps scratch puisque tout le monde a la m\u00eame heure de d\u00e9part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;autre d\u00e9part est le <strong>rolling start<\/strong>. Quand il n&rsquo;est pas possible (zone de d\u00e9part trop petite par rapport aux nombres de partants), le chronom\u00e9treur met un portique avant le d\u00e9part et les triathl\u00e8tes se lancement au fur et \u00e0 mesure dans l&rsquo;eau. Cependant, les \u00e9lites partent, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, tous en m\u00eame temps pour assurer une course facile \u00e0 suivre pour les observateurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Avantages et inconv\u00e9nients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est vrai que le mass start fait peur car quelques centaines de personnes qui se lancent ensemble dans l&rsquo;eau, cela donne lieu a quelques surprises. Dans le milieu, on appelle \u00e7a l&rsquo;essoreuse. Mais si vous \u00eates mauvais nageur, il vous suffit de vous mettre sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et de reprendre l&rsquo;axe un peu plus tard. Je pense qu&rsquo;il vaut mieux faire un peu plus de distance plut\u00f4t que de faire des stops \u00e0 cause de contacts avec d&rsquo;autres concurrents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rolling start poss\u00e8de l&rsquo;avantage de ne faire partir que quelques personnes en m\u00eame temps, cela limite forc\u00e9ment cette impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre au milieu de la foule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&rsquo;inscription, on vous demandera s\u00fbrement le temps que vous pensez faire sur cette partie natation et vous aurez ainsi un sas de d\u00e9part attribu\u00e9. Mais quand on s&rsquo;entraine en piscine, sans combinaison, il n&rsquo;est pas facile de donner le bon temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous vous \u00eates surestim\u00e9, vous allez vous faire rattraper par tous les concurrents qui ont pass\u00e9 la ligne de d\u00e9part apr\u00e8s vous et cela ne sera peut \u00eatre pas plus agr\u00e9able qu&rsquo;un mass start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous vous \u00eates sous-estim\u00e9, vous allez doubler et ralentir dans les pieds d&rsquo;autres concurrents,&#8230; ce n&rsquo;est pas simple non plus. Ajoutez \u00e0 cela, le fait que les autres aussi ont mal estim\u00e9s leur temps et c&rsquo;est un beau bazar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2> Ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, je n&rsquo;ai pas un souvenir m\u00e9morable de mes rolling start car je nage tr\u00e8s mal et j&rsquo;ai du mal \u00e0 estimer correctement mon temps, je me suis donc fait monter dessus \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.
