Il faut \u00eatre vigilant sur ce que vous prenez, je vous invite \u00e0 faire tr\u00e8s attention et \u00e0 n&rsquo;utiliser que des produits de marques connues. Evitez les produits \u00ab\u00a0magiques\u00a0\u00bb que vous pourriez trouver sur des sites obscures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Eviter les produits dopants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si vous et moi avons peu de probabilit\u00e9 de nous faire contr\u00f4ler \u00e0 la fin du trail \u00e0 la saucisse en finissant 213\u00e8me, les produits dopants ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment bons pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est donc fondamental de contr\u00f4ler les produits que vous prenez et pour cela il faut v\u00e9rifier que le produit suit bien la norme AFNOR NF V94-001.  Au passage, cela ne signifie pas que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s nutritionnelles du produit sont en ad\u00e9quation avec vos besoins. Mais cela vous assure qu&rsquo;il respecte les normes anti-dopages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pourquoi des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Marathons, trails, triathlons,&#8230;A cela s&rsquo;ajoute ma pratique du judo&#8230;Je ne suis pas sportif de haut-niveau mais je ne m\u00e9nage pas et les derni\u00e8res grosses courses que j&rsquo;ai fait ont laiss\u00e9 des traces et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration a compliqu\u00e9 ma pratique sportive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/marathon-de-paris-2019-journee-parfaite-64921.html\">42 kilom\u00e8tres au coeur de Paris<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre une petite cure de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires pour compenser certaines carences.  On m&rsquo;a conseill\u00e9 une cure de magn\u00e9sium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, un carence en magn\u00e9sium peut induire pas mal de soucis : fatigue, crampes, maux de t\u00eate,&#8230; Apr\u00e8s un gros effort, ces signes sont souvent tr\u00e8s accentu\u00e9s. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e, pour une fois, de compl\u00e9ter mon alimentation avec un apport en magn\u00e9sium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une alimentation quotidienne, on trouve du magn\u00e9sium dans le chocolat, les graines de s\u00e9same ou les graines de tournesol mais aussi dans les noix de cajou, les amandes ou les pignons de pin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Cure de Stimium MC3 r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser un compl\u00e9ment alimentaire de la marque Stimium : le produit MC3. Il propose une cure de 10 jours sous forme de stick de gel \u00e0 prendre 3 fois par jour autour des repas ou 30 minutes avant le sport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le marathon de Paris, les triathlons vont suivre et je voulais reprendre l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> assez vite en particulier en v\u00e9lo et en natation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 la fin de cette cure et le r\u00e9sultat est plut\u00f4t positif. Difficile de comparer deux r\u00e9cup\u00e9rations post-marathon mais j&rsquo;ai pu reprendre l&rsquo;entrainement assez facilement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prise sous forme de gel est plus agr\u00e9able que les g\u00e9lules avec un go\u00fbt de cranberry.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, ce type de compl\u00e9ment ne vous affranchit pas d&rsquo;avoir une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et en relation avec vos entrainements.
