Tout simplement car je suis d&rsquo;origine vosgienne et que j&rsquo;ai sans doute fait du ski de fond \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge o\u00f9 d&rsquo;autres apprennent \u00e0 faire du v\u00e9lo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais petit, je sentais bien que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un sport difficile mais je n&rsquo;avais pas vraiment de point de comparaison. Le ski de fond me semblait \u00eatre un sport de glisse alors que c&rsquo;est sans doute plus un sport d&rsquo;endurance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution du mat\u00e9riel, mon go\u00fbt pour les sports d&rsquo;endurance, les images de Martin Fourcade m&rsquo;ont donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;envie de refaire un test, l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;aller dans une station vosgienne. Comme je suis en pleine pr\u00e9paration pour le marathon de Paris, j&rsquo;avais d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire un week-end assez complet avec une sortie ski de fond le samedi et une sortie longue (mais pas trop le dimanche). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La neige \u00e9tait au rendez-vous et j&rsquo;ai eu la chance d&rsquo;avoir un temps magnifique : un ciel bleu, un soleil radieux et des conditions de neige plut\u00f4t bonnes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si dans ma jeunesse, je pratiquais principalement le style classique. Je voulais clairement essayer le skating qui est plus technique mais sans doute plus efficace. Attention si vous voulez lancer les skis de style classique ne sont pas les m\u00eames que les skis de skating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La technique est beaucoup plus compliqu\u00e9e en skating mais quand on arrive en mont\u00e9e en mode classique, il faut mettre les skis en V car les \u00e9cailles ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment suffisantes pour combattre la pente. L&rsquo;avantage du skating est qu&rsquo;on reste majoritairement sur le m\u00eame mouvement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans mes r\u00eaves, je me voyais appr\u00e9hender le mouvement, la glisse en quelques m\u00e8tres et ensuite profiter du paysage et g\u00e9rer le rythme mais il n&rsquo;en ait rien, j&rsquo;ai mis plus d&rsquo;une heure \u00e0 sentir la glisse en skating sachant que la pente mais aussi la qualit\u00e9 de la neige qui est changeante (en fonction de l&rsquo;altitude, de l&rsquo;exposition au soleil). Une d\u00e9bauche d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 laquelle il faut rajouter la crispation qui permet de garder l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre. Un peu \u00e0 l&rsquo;image du roller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au total, pr\u00e8s de 2h30 d&rsquo;effort avec quelques pauses pour seulement 12 kilom\u00e8tres parcourus, par moment j&rsquo;en venais \u00e0 me dire que je ferais mieux de courir dans la neige et porter mes skis. Mais sur la fin, la glisse revenait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une super exp\u00e9rience, l&rsquo;occasion de s&rsquo;entrainer autrement tout en gardant un effort assez proche de la course \u00e0 pied. Bien s\u00fbr, l&rsquo;aspect technique compliqu\u00e9 une peu les choses mais les rares moments o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai eu de bonnes sensations ont suffit \u00e0 me conforter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;environnement, le sport et la m\u00e9t\u00e9o.
