Une pr\u00e9paration\u00a0<strong>trois mois \u00e0 l\u2019avance,\u00a0<\/strong>divis\u00e9e en trois phases distinctes, est conseill\u00e9e pour mettre toutes les chances de votre c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premi\u00e8re phase&nbsp;: le d\u00e9veloppement (6 semaines)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tout d\u2019abord, d\u00e9finissez votre plan d\u2019attaque et fixez vos objectifs. <\/em>Ils doivent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 votre niveau de course et \u00e0 votre emploi du temps.&nbsp;Fixez-vous au moins&nbsp;<strong>trois jours d\u2019entra\u00eenement par semaine&nbsp;<\/strong>et essayez de vous y tenir. Courir tous les jours n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas une bonne id\u00e9e car cela ne laissera pas \u00e0 votre corps le temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rajouter rapidement trop d\u2019entra\u00eenements de mani\u00e8re irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re pourrait\naugmenter le risque de blessure, mais vous pouvez envisager un&nbsp;<strong>rajout progressif\nd\u2019entra\u00eenements&nbsp;<\/strong>hebdomadaires si votre emploi du temps et votre\ncondition physique vous le permettent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bout d\u2019un mois, voici le moment de&nbsp;<strong>votre\nsemaine de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/strong>. Cette semaine, continuez votre entra\u00eenement\nmais courez des p\u00e9riodes plus courtes. Cette phase de\nconsolidation est \u00e9galement le moment mettre en place une&nbsp;<strong>routine de sommeil.&nbsp;<\/strong>Couchez-vous\ntoujours \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure et essayez\nde dormir huit heures par nuit afin de vous offrir la meilleure r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration\npossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De mani\u00e8re similaire \u00e0 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente semaine de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, la huiti\u00e8me\nsemaine de votre entra\u00eenement sera l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de&nbsp;<strong>permettre \u00e0 votre corps de se\nr\u00e9ajuster<\/strong>. Une fois qu\u2019elle est termin\u00e9e, reprenez les deux semaines\nsuivantes \u00e0 un rythme plus soutenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Troisi\u00e8me phase&nbsp;: d\u2019aff\u00fbtage (2 semaines)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, les semaines avant la grande course sont en\nr\u00e9alit\u00e9 le moment de&nbsp;<strong>diminuer\nl\u2019intensit\u00e9 de votre entra\u00eenement&nbsp;<\/strong>afin de permettre \u00e0 votre corps\nd\u2019accumuler le maximum d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour votre marathon.&nbsp;<em>C\u2019est la phase d\u2019aff\u00fbtage<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est aussi le moment de changer votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire pour \u00eatre au top\nau moment du d\u00e9part.&nbsp;<strong>Les\ncinq derniers jours de votre pr\u00e9paration imposent un r\u00e9gime sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong>&nbsp;:\nplus de fibre cuites et moins de l\u00e9gumes les trois premiers jours, puis\nl\u2019inverse les deux jours restant.
