Le hors d\u00e9lai que j&rsquo;ai pris l&rsquo;an dernier au marathon du Mont-Blanc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9chec m&rsquo;a servi et j&rsquo;ai fait une bonne deuxi\u00e8me partie de saison avec 2 records personnels battus sur mes 2 grosses courses de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. J&rsquo;ai bien compris l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;alimentation en course et je suis mon planning de nutrition \u00e0 la lettre. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, je mange m\u00eame si je n&rsquo;ai pas faim car sinon apr\u00e8s il est trop tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9part, mon envie \u00e9tait de passer un cap en triathlon. J&rsquo;ai couru \u00e0 plusieurs reprises le triathlon de G\u00e9rardmer en distance olympique et j&rsquo;ai envie de passer \u00e0 la distance sup\u00e9rieure : le Half-ironman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais pens\u00e9 m&rsquo;inscrire au Half-Ironman du Luxembourg en juin 2019 mais le temps de me d\u00e9cider, il n&rsquo;y avait plus de dossard.  J&rsquo;ai donc choisi de m&rsquo;inscrire au triathlon XL de G\u00e9rardmer (format Half-ironman) d\u00e8s l&rsquo;ouverture des inscriptions. Il faut aller tr\u00e8s vite car en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral les dossards pour les \u00e9preuves du week-end partent en quelques heures un an \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance. Le hasard du calendrier faisant bien les choses, le triathlon XL ne tombe pas en m\u00eame temps que l&rsquo;UTMB, cela permettra d&rsquo;\u00eatre bien repos\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 une semaine compl\u00e8te \u00e0 Chamonix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n&rsquo;avais pas d&rsquo;autres objectifs sur 2019. Mais en discutant avec des amis et m\u00eame si je pense toujours qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a rien de plus difficile que de pr\u00e9parer un marathon de printemps, je suis parti depuis quelques jours sur une pr\u00e9paration de 12 semaines pour le marathon de Paris. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela me permettra d&rsquo;avoir une base solide pour faire quelques triathlons avant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et faire une bonne pr\u00e9paration pour le triathlon XL de G\u00e9rardmer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s septembre, rien n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9vu pour le moment m\u00eame si j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 une petite id\u00e9e, j&rsquo;attends la confirmation avant d&rsquo;y penser plus s\u00e9rieusement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans tous les cas, pas de chronom\u00e8tre vis\u00e9, le but c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;y aller entre amis et de passer un bon moment autour d&rsquo;un d\u00e9fi sportif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au del\u00e0 de ces quelques courses, je dois aussi pr\u00e9parer les examens techniques pour le passage du 3\u00e8me Dan de judo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une ann\u00e9e sportive en perspective !
