On a beau \u00eatre le meilleur du monde, on peut toujours trouver des points de perfectionnements. Apr\u00e8s quelques d\u00e9ceptions et particuli\u00e8rement celle du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/marathon-du-mont-blanc-2018-decor-de-reve-et-hors-delai-61053.html\">marathon du Mont-blanc<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne plus n\u00e9gliger la nutrition. Si je n&rsquo;ai pas encore franchi le pas de faire un suivi quotidien de mon alimentation, j&rsquo;ai voulu travailler s\u00e9rieusement sur les jours qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de la course et pendant la course.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut \u00eatre franc, j&rsquo;ai toujours n\u00e9glig\u00e9 la nutrition, je savais vaguement ce qu&rsquo;il fallait faire et j&rsquo;ai toujours eu un peu de mal \u00e0 enchainer les gels, les p\u00e2tes de fruits, la boisson isotonique,&#8230; Ma participation au triathlon de G\u00e9rardmer Distance olympique \u00e9tait l&rsquo;occasion de remettre tout \u00e0 plat et de faire une \u00e9preuve avec un gros focus sur la nutrition pour me convaincre qu&rsquo;il ne fallait plus n\u00e9gliger cet aspect. Bien s\u00fbr, j&rsquo;ai toujours pris soin de m&rsquo;alimenter pendant les courses mais je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas pr\u00e9cis,\u00a0 je passais des ravitaillements, j&rsquo;attendais sans doute un peu trop avant de prendre un gel&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette exp\u00e9rience, j&rsquo;ai choisi d&rsquo;utiliser une seule marque Gu et de mettre en place un planning tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis. J&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;avantage de bien conna\u00eetre le parcours et la position des ravitaillements pour planifier la prise de mes gels. J&rsquo;ai choisi les gels ultra-endurance de la gamme Gu car je trouve qu&rsquo;ils ne sont ni trop liquide, ni trop p\u00e2teux et qu&rsquo;il est possible de les prendre sans boire de l&rsquo;eau, en plus il propose pas mal de go\u00fbts diff\u00e9rents. Sur la partie natation, il n&rsquo;y a pas de ravitaillement, j&rsquo;ai pris un premier gel juste avant l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve. La partie v\u00e9lo est compos\u00e9e de 3 tours de 14 kilom\u00e8tres avec un col de 3\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie de 3,5 km \u00e0 6% de moyenne dont la premi\u00e8re partie est un mur de 1,6 km \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 10% de moyenne. Vu le profil, j&rsquo;ai donc choisi de prendre un gel sur la partie plane \u00e0 chaque tour. La partie course \u00e0 pied est compos\u00e9e de 2 tours de 5 km avec un ravitaillement \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pris un petit d\u00e9jeuner classique le matin \u00e0 8h00 (puisque l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve \u00e9tait \u00e0 13h30) : pain noir, beurre, confiture et jus de fruits. Je n&rsquo;ai rien jet\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai mis les d\u00e9chets au fur et \u00e0 mesure dans la poche gauche de ma tri-fonction. Sur le v\u00e9lo, j&rsquo;ai bu l&rsquo;eau que j&rsquo;avais dans la gourde de mon v\u00e9lo. Sur la partie course \u00e0 pied, j&rsquo;ai pris de l&rsquo;eau sur le ravitaillement. Au total, mon petit d\u00e9jeuner, les gaufrettes et les gels m&rsquo;ont apport\u00e9 environ 1500 calories. Sur l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve, ma montre estime que j&rsquo;ai consomm\u00e9 2555 calories.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant parlons de sensations, j&rsquo;ai respect\u00e9 scrupuleusement le planning et je n&rsquo;ai eu \u00e0 aucun moment de coup de fatigue. Cela se confirme largement dans les chiffres, une natation dans la moyenne de ce que je fais (avec quand m\u00eame 300 m\u00e8tres en plus). Les 3 tours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec le m\u00eame temps \u00e0 quelques secondes pr\u00e8s et mon <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> en course \u00e0 pied a \u00e9t\u00e9 constante. Je me suis m\u00eame permis d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sur les 2 deniers kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Si je devais faire un bilan de cette exp\u00e9rience : je suis aux anges, ce fut sans doute ma plus belle exp\u00e9rience sur une \u00e9preuve d&rsquo;endurance de cette dur\u00e9e. J&rsquo;ai bien g\u00e9r\u00e9 mon rythme malgr\u00e9 un terrain accident\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 lucide du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin et je me suis fait plaisir mais je reviendrai en d\u00e9tail sur cette course dans mon compte-rendu.
