Pour remettre le contexte, je fais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des triathlons depuis 4 ans, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 par les triathlons type cross-country avec trail et VTT, et ensuite je suis pass\u00e9 sur route.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement le format M (1500 m de natation, 40 km de v\u00e9lo et 10 km de course \u00e0 pied). Au d\u00e9part, j&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9 un simple v\u00e9lo de route, plut\u00f4t bien \u00e9quip\u00e9 mais pas un v\u00e9lo de contre la montre et comme je faisais pas mal de VTT quand je l&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;impression de voler. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais pleinement satisfait de mon v\u00e9lo. J&rsquo;avais rajout\u00e9 des prolongateurs pour faire plus \u00ab\u00a0a\u00e9ro\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Alors j&rsquo;\u00e9tais persuad\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un meilleur v\u00e9lo me permettrait de gagner quelques pr\u00e9cieuses secondes mais qu&rsquo;avec de l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>, je gagnerais sans doute beaucoup plus. Donc j&rsquo;avais laiss\u00e9 tomber l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;avoir un v\u00e9lo de contre-la-montre. Apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es et apr\u00e8s quelques progr\u00e8s sur mes temps en v\u00e9lo, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;acheter un v\u00e9lo de contre-la-montre refaisait son chemin. En effet, je fais la majorit\u00e9 de mes entrainements seul et dans des zones peu vallonn\u00e9es, l&rsquo;utilisation de ce type de v\u00e9lo se justifie donc pleinement.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis quelques temps, je cherche donc une bonne affaire : occasion, fin de s\u00e9rie, soldes&#8230; C&rsquo;est finalement en regardant les soldes dans un magasin proche de chez moi que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 mon bonheur, en plus d&rsquo;un superbe cadre tout \u00e9quip\u00e9 \u00e0 ma taille, il y avait une paire de roue en carbone. Mais un \u00e9l\u00e9ment que je n&rsquo;avais pas mesur\u00e9, le vendeur me proposait de me faire une \u00e9tude posturale pour faire tous les petits r\u00e9glages auxquels je n&rsquo;avais jusque l\u00e0 pas fait attention mais qui sont important.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un bon moment au magasin sur le home trainer et \u00e0 \u00e9changer avec le responsable sur le v\u00e9lo et plus particuli\u00e8rement le triathlon, je lui ai pos\u00e9 beaucoup de questions et il n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 avare en conseils. Au final, il m&rsquo;annonce un gain de plusieurs minutes sur 40 kilom\u00e8tres&#8230; j&rsquo;avoue que j&rsquo;ai du mal \u00e0 y croire&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En rentrant, pas d&rsquo;h\u00e9sitation, le v\u00e9lo est pr\u00eat et je d\u00e9cide de faire le tour que je fais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et qui fait un peu pr\u00e8s 40 kilom\u00e8tres. Comme comparaison, je l&rsquo;avais fait quelques jours plut\u00f4t dans les m\u00eames conditions, j&rsquo;avais une moyenne proche des 27 km\/h&#8230; Ce jour-l\u00e0 avec le nouveau v\u00e9lo et sans doute un petit sur-croix de motivation, j&rsquo;ai fait une moyenne de 31 km\/h&#8230; soit 4 km\/h<\/p>\n<p>Alors au del\u00e0 du v\u00e9lo, les r\u00e9glages sont tout aussi importants pour avoir une position a\u00e9rodynamique la meilleure possible.
