Il faut savoir que si vous utilisez les derniers mod\u00e8les de <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a> Fenix vous allez pouvoir utiliser un syst\u00e8me de segments similaires mais vous allez pouvoir voir votre progression directement tout au long du segment. Au del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;\u00e9mulation des meilleurs, un segment c&rsquo;est aussi une fa\u00e7on de doser sa progression et sa forme du moment. Si beaucoup pensent que les segments sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9s au col de montagne, il y en a en fait partout et pas uniquement sur Strava puisqu&rsquo;une grande majorit\u00e9 se trouve sur Garmin Connect.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment utiliser un segment sur sa montre Garmin Fenix 5 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, vous devez identifier les segments qui vous int\u00e9ressent. Pour cela, vous devez vous connecter sur l&rsquo;interface Garmin Connect dans la partie \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >Entrainement<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, il y a un menu \u00ab\u00a0Segments\u00a0\u00bb, vous allez pouvoir d\u00e9couvrir la liste des segments enregistr\u00e9s autour de vous (ou plus loin en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant la carte). Si un segment vous int\u00e9resse, il faudra le s\u00e9lectionner et l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la liste de vos favoris pour le retrouver facilement ou alors envoyer sur l&rsquo;appareil (mais cela demande que votre montre soit synchronis\u00e9 avec votre ordinateur). Dans tous les cas, il faut que le trac\u00e9 du segment soit dans la montre. Lancez la partie segment sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et s\u00e9lectionnez le segment concern\u00e9 puis envoyez vers l&rsquo;appareil. A la synchronisation suivante, le segment sera enregistr\u00e9 sur la montre. Faites attention, il y a bien 2 types de segment : course et v\u00e9lo.<\/p>\n<h2>Les segments pendant l&rsquo;entrainement<\/h2>\n<p>Maintenant que toutes les donn\u00e9es sont dans la montre, il faut lancer une activit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Course\u00a0\u00bb ensuite faites un appui long sur Menu et allez dans Param\u00e8tres de course, faites d\u00e9filer les options et chercher l&rsquo;option \u00ab\u00a0Alertes de segment\u00a0\u00bb. Assurez-vous que ce mode soit bien activ\u00e9. Ensuite lancez votre activit\u00e9. Quand vous approchez de la zone de d\u00e9part d&rsquo;un segment, la montre va vibrer et vous indiquer le nom du segment.
