Article au titre \u00e9trange, relatif au r\u00e9gime alimentaire pal\u00e9olithique qui apparaissait comme tout \u00e0 fait adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 nos besoins alimentaires de sportifs d&rsquo;endurance.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelques jours, je relisais cet article, lorsque m&rsquo;est apparu que ce r\u00e9gime issu de la pr\u00e9histoire, \u00e9tait fortement corr\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode acide-base du Docteur Herv\u00e9 Grosgogeat (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.methodeacidebase.com\/\">http:\/\/www.methodeacidebase.com\/<\/a>), lien que j&rsquo;avais zapp\u00e9 lors de ma premi\u00e8re lecture. Oui mais alors me direz-vous ? Et bien, figurez-vous que depuis 2 ans, je pratique la m\u00e9thode acide-base dans mon alimentation et qu&rsquo;\u00e0 44 ans, je ne me suis jamais senti aussi jeune et bien dans mon corps. Je rappelle vite fait les vertus d&rsquo;acide-base : lutte contre le vieillissement cellulaire et les maladies auto-immunes, lutte contre le stress, le surpoids, les douleurs chroniques &#8230; Il fallait donc absolument que je vous parle du travail de St\u00e9phane Palazzetti.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9olithique c&rsquo;est quoi ? Tr\u00e8s proche du vrai r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, pas celui qui consiste \u00e0 mettre de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans des plats d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien gras, \u00e0 savoir : fruits et l\u00e9gumes, viandes maigres, poissons et fruits de mer. C\u00e9r\u00e9ales, produits laitiers et produits raffin\u00e9s sont totalement exclus du r\u00e9gime. Un exemple : le sucre blanc est \u00e0 remplacer par des sucres non raffin\u00e9s tels que le Rapadura.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;abus de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales est une invention assez r\u00e9cente de notre civilisation. Trop souvent raffin\u00e9es &#8211; pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez l\u00e0 encore si vous ne pouvez vraiment vous en passer, des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, brutes et non raffin\u00e9es (ex : flocons de sarrasin). Les produits laitiers sont source d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9. Et le Calcium alors ? Et bien, le calcium, il y en a dans l&rsquo;eau min\u00e9rale, d\u00e9j\u00e0, mais \u00e9galement dans les ol\u00e9agineux tels que noix, noix de p\u00e9can, amandes &#8230; \u00e0 condition de les manger nature et non sal\u00e9es. Le lait peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par du lait d&rsquo;amande. Sachez \u00e9galement que, comme pour tout r\u00e9gime, des d\u00e9rogations ponctuelles sont toujours possibles \u00e0 raison de 5% maxi des repas ing\u00e9r\u00e9s (vous n&rsquo;allez pas demand\u00e9, si vous \u00eates invit\u00e9s \u00e0 la Tour d&rsquo;Argent si tous les plats sont acide-base compatibles).<\/p>\n<p>Comme le souligne fort bien St\u00e9phane Palazzetti dans son texte, ce r\u00e9gime, suivi stricto-sensu n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 de longs efforts en endurance et n\u00e9cessite quelques adaptations, notamment en phase de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. L&rsquo;auteur distingue 3 phases successives :<\/p>\n<p>Les 30 minutes suivant l&rsquo;effort : consommer une alimentation liquide comportant 5 parts de glucose pour 1 part de prot\u00e9ines ainsi que des \u00e9lectrolytes (boissons de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de type NUTRATLETIC par exemple).<\/p>\n<p>Une dur\u00e9e \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9gale au temps de l&rsquo;exercice : consommation d&rsquo;aliments solides de type alcalin \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9 : pommes de terre, bananes, raisins &#8230; tout en continuant \u00e0 s&rsquo;hydrater. Conserver le rapport 5\/1 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e9voqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Entre la fin de la phase 2 et l&rsquo;exercice suivant (comp\u00e9tition ou entra\u00eenement), appliquer le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9olithique. N&rsquo;oubliez pas les acides gras fournis par les bonnes huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales mais favorisez la cuisson \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci ne constitue qu&rsquo;un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 succinct des travaux de St\u00e9phane Palazzetti.
