Sous certaines conditions, dont une pratique un tant soit peu trop intensive impliquant une consommation d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne importante, le sport peut \u00eatre la cause d&rsquo;un stress oxydant ayant comme cons\u00e9quences : crampes, fatigue importante, mauvaise r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Je vous invite \u00e0 lire cette \u00e9tude tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante sur le sujet : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.probiox.com\/fr\/pdf\/exercices_physique.pdf\">http:\/\/www.probiox.com\/fr\/pdf\/exercices_physique.pdf<\/a> . Etude qui recommande, pour des sportifs de haut niveau, une suppl\u00e9mentation alimentaire en anti-oxydants.<\/p>\n<p>Mon propos n&rsquo;est pas de vous recommander telle ou telle marque de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires mais plut\u00f4t de lister quelques anti-oxydants naturels, qui, pour tous les coureurs d&rsquo;endurance que nous sommes, ne peuvent \u00eatre que b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques, avant et apr\u00e8s une comp\u00e9tition de longue haleine :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/goji.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-2010\" title=\"goji\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/goji.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"63\" \/><\/a>Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes sont sources d&rsquo;anti-oxydants (vitamines C, vitamine A, oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments &#8230;). Les baies sont particuli\u00e8rement riches en la mati\u00e8re (mes baies Goji pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e9videmment, mais aussi les cranberries s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, la myrtille, le cassis &#8230; ) mais les autres fruits et l\u00e9gumes ne sont pas en reste : mangoustan entier, pomme, raisin, abricot, cerise, kiwi &#8230; avocat (sans mayonnaise), chou, oignons &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;elles soient extraites \u00e0 froid (ne cherchez pas, il faut aller en magasin bio) : noisette, cameline, colza &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Les fruits secs et ol\u00e9agineux \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;ils soient nature ou grill\u00e9s mais surtout pas sal\u00e9s (l\u00e0 encore, en magasin bio on trouve de tout) : noix, noisettes, noix de p\u00e9can, graines de courge &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le th\u00e9 vert, le caf\u00e9 (\u00e0 condition de ne pas en abuser), le vin rouge (m\u00eame remarque que pour le caf\u00e9), le &#8230; chocolat noir (m\u00eame remarque que pour les deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents).<\/p>\n<p>Bref, de quoi se faire de bons petits plats non ? Personnellement, je prends chaque matin : une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de baies Goji, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de courge, 3 carr\u00e9s de chocolat noir. Le midi, dans les salades que je me pr\u00e9pare chaque matin, j&rsquo;ins\u00e8re une vingtaine d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux (noix, p\u00e9can, macadamia, cajou) et en rentrant \u00e0 la maison, ma dose de cranberries s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.
