Mais que vous soyez joggeur ou runneur pourquoi ne pas se mettre au plogging ?<\/p>\n<p>Le plogging nous vient tout droit de Su\u00e8de : c\u2019est la combinaison de \u201cjogging\u201d et de \u201cplocka upp\u201d qui signifie ramasser en su\u00e9dois.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e est toute simple : partir courir en se munissant d\u2019un sac pour collecter les d\u00e9chets que l\u2019on pourrait trouver sur son parcours : en ville mais \u00e9galement dans les bois. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs ce que fait Yannick, lecteur de Wanarun : \u201c<em>effectivement quand je cours en for\u00eat et que je vois des papiers au sol, je m\u2019abaisse et je ramasse. Non pas pour le plaisir de le faire mais plut\u00f4t pour le respect de la nature et de l\u2019environnement<\/em>\u201d.<br \/>\nLors de son run matinal Manu, Monsieur Wanarun, est tomb\u00e9 sur un sac d\u2019une c\u00e9l\u00e8bre marque am\u00e9ricaine de hamburger : \u201c<em>un sac presque complet, tous les cartons et quelques frites froides qui restaient \u00e0 environ 30 m\u00e8tres d\u2019une poubelle\u2026<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette vid\u00e9o r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e par Brut il est mentionn\u00e9 que le plogging permet \u00e9galement de faire travailler d\u2019autres muscles que ceux sollicit\u00e9s par la course.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IXNtLLOsn8I?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Mais si depuis quelques semaines le plogging su\u00e9dois est largement relay\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9dias, il convient de mentionner des initiatives fran\u00e7aises qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises il y a quelques ann\u00e9es maintenant.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/wanarun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook de Wanarun<\/a> Yann nous renvoie vers la \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Trail-Runner-Foundation-232370716913889\/?ref=page_internal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trail Runner Foundation<\/a>\u201d. Cette association a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2013 \u201cpour sensibiliser le plus grand nombre \u00e0 la protection de la nature et d&rsquo;agir concr\u00e8tement par un comportement \u00e9co-responsable au quotidien, notamment dans la pratique du trail, de course \u00e0 pied, de marche sportive ou de randonn\u00e9e en milieu naturel\u201d. Si tout le monde peut adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 titre individuel il est \u00e0 noter qu\u2019un organisateur de course peut \u00e9galement adh\u00e9rer (50 euros) et ainsi obtenir le label Trail Runner Foundation.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8dYZ3eMPlJw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.runecoteam.fr\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Run Eco Team<\/a> est n\u00e9e en 2016 sous l\u2019impulsion de Nicolas Lemonnier. Le groupe Facebook, qui a rapidement s\u00e9duit de nombreux coureurs (800 en quelques mois), compte \u00e0 ce jour plus de 19 000 membres.
