Pour cela, il y a tout de m\u00eame quelques conditions avant de se lancer dans se programme : vous devez avoir une valeur pour <a href=\"\/blog\/garmin-fenix-3-5-suivre-vo2-max-58409.html\">votre VO2 Max<\/a>\u00a0et vous devez utiliser une ceinture cardiaque (et non pas le capteur cardiaque au dos de votre montre). Tout simplement car la ceinture cardiaque permet d&rsquo;avoir plus rapidement les variations de fr\u00e9quence, en effet, c&rsquo;est ces variations qui sont importantes dans le calcul de votre seuil.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, on ne peut plus simple vous lancer une course, vous appuyez longtemps sur le bouton \u00ab\u00a0Menu\u00a0\u00bb, vous allez dans le menu \u00ab\u00a0Entrainement\u00a0\u00bb et vous s\u00e9lectionnez \u00ab\u00a0Test guid\u00e9 de seuil lactique\u00a0\u00bb. Ensuite laissez vous guider par la montre sur cet entrainement.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois cette s\u00e9ance termin\u00e9e, la Garmin Fenix 5 mettra \u00e0 jour vos fr\u00e9quences cardiaques de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et vous pourrez ainsi lancer la vue avec les diff\u00e9rents seuil de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque.
