Durant la p\u00e9riode hivernale, je m&rsquo;en sers r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Cela permet de maintenir largement le niveau d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> durant l&rsquo;hiver. Depuis mon dernier article sur le sujet, il y a eu de nombreuses am\u00e9liorations avec en particulier des programmes d&rsquo;entrainement qui comprennent du <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> et du travail en puissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis quelques mois, il est possible de courir sur Zwift sur le bord des parcours de v\u00e9lo. Vous vous en doutez, il faut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un tapis de course \u00e0 pied. Le mod\u00e8le importe peu puisqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y aura pas d&rsquo;interaction, ce qui compte c&rsquo;est de poss\u00e9der un capteur de foul\u00e9es pour pouvoir remonter les infos directement dans le logiciel Zwift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous allez retrouver l&rsquo;ensemble des circuits disponibles pour les cyclistes : Watopia dans les iles Salomon dans le pacifique, Richmond le circuit des championnats du monde aux Etats Unis et Londres. Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr d\u00e9cider de changer de direction comme dans la version v\u00e9lo aux intersections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux coureurs sont surpris par l&rsquo;utilisation de ce type de dispositif et ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent courir en ext\u00e9rieur, mais il faut remettre les choses dans leur contexte, il faut penser que dans certains zones, les temp\u00e9ratures sont largement n\u00e9gatives pendant l&rsquo;hiver. En v\u00e9lo ou \u00e0 pied, cela peut glisser et \u00eatre dangereux. Quand on est cycliste, je peux vous assurer que le comportement des certains automobilistes est dangereux et cela m\u00eame si on respecte scrupuleusement le code de la route. Si certains automobilistes se plaignent des cyclistes qui roulent en groupe, ils ne sont pas plus citoyens quand on roule seul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont des facteurs qui font que Zwift a un certain succ\u00e8s puisqu&rsquo;il y aurait plus de 300 000 cyclistes abonn\u00e9s (on parle d&rsquo;abonn\u00e9s payants \u00e0 15 dollars par mois) sur Zwift.&nbsp; Un logiciel qui devrait continuer d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer pour les coureurs et les cyclistes.
