Je sais que le mois de novembre est toujours, pour moi, une grosse gal\u00e8re et cette ann\u00e9e c&rsquo;est pire que l&rsquo;an dernier : une grosse sinusite et \u00e0 peine remis, je plonge sur une bonne cr\u00e8ve (pharyngite pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le m\u00e9decin).<\/p>\n<p>Souvent sur ce site, on dit que tout va bien, que la forme est l\u00e0, qu&rsquo;on a fait une super course et qu&rsquo;il faisait un temps magnifique. Mais c&rsquo;est pas toujours le cas, si j&rsquo;ai v\u00e9cu au marathon de <a href=\"\/blog\/marathon-de-new-york-68799.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Marathon de New-york\" >New-York<\/a>, un moment inoubliable. Le reste du mois de novembre est a l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9&#8230; Je n&rsquo;ai peut \u00eatre rien am\u00e9liorer en tentant de faire du home trainer ou un petit footing pour tuer les microbes.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai fini par me r\u00e9signer et opter pour un repos total sans sport. J&rsquo;ai un peu moins post\u00e9 du coup car sans doute moins de chose \u00e0 raconter. J&rsquo;ai rattrap\u00e9 un peu mon retard en lecture et j&rsquo;ai fait pas mal de veille technologique pour me remettre \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si j&rsquo;ai pas encore r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer \u00e0 100%, je me sens d\u00e9j\u00e0 un peu mieux et surtout j&rsquo;ai envie de reprendre&#8230; C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s frustrant de ne pas faire de sport et d&rsquo;en avoir pourtant envie. Je pense d\u00e9j\u00e0 aux objectifs de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2018 avec un passage important le premier juillet avec le marathon du Mont-Blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense aussi \u00e0 une course importante vers fin mars \/ d\u00e9but avril mais je ne suis pas encore d\u00e9cid\u00e9.
