J&rsquo;esp\u00e9rais battre mon record sur ce marathon, ma pr\u00e9paration \u00e9tait bonne, j&rsquo;avais eu de bonnes sensations. Les sorties longues \u00e9taient pass\u00e9es comme une lettre \u00e0 la poste : bon rythme de croisi\u00e8re, plaisir de courir, pas de courbatures, pas de fatigue,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le jour J : j&rsquo;\u00e9tais content d&rsquo;\u00eatre l\u00e0 je savourais chaque instant et je me sentais pr\u00eat. A la diff\u00e9rence du marathon de Paris, je n&rsquo;ai pas eu de mauvaises sensations au d\u00e9part mais je n&rsquo;ai pas eu de bonnes sensations non plus, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais bien mais pas au top de ma forme. Je pense que j&rsquo;ai eu mon pic de forme 3 semaines trop t\u00f4t, j&rsquo;ai eu un coup de moins bien puis le forme est revenue mais pas aussi bien que lors du pic.<\/p>\n<p>Je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais fix\u00e9 un objectif \u00e0 3h55 pour passer en dessous de la barre des 4 heures et en corr\u00e9lation avec mes sorties longues et les sensations que j&rsquo;avais pu avoir lors de ces <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainements<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 (et oui je reviendrai sur le parcours du marathon de New-york mais c&rsquo;est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre plat), je suis bien dans le timing jusqu&rsquo;au 30\u00e8me kilom\u00e8tre. Je commence \u00e0 avoir mal aux jambes, je n&rsquo;ai pas eu de coup de barre \u00e0 proprement dit, je pense ne pas avoir n\u00e9gliger mes ravitaillements. Je n&rsquo;ai pas eu de crampes mais des jambes de plus en plus lourdes et de plus en plus fatigu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le 18\u00e8me mile, je ne sais plus o\u00f9 j&rsquo;en suis : le marquage en miles, ma montre en kilom\u00e8tres, je n&rsquo;ai plus la lucidit\u00e9 de voir o\u00f9 j&rsquo;en suis mais je vois bien que mon <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> a baiss\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai cru comprendre qu&rsquo;avec le passage sur les ponts en particulier sur le Queensboro Bridge, le gps avait du faire quelques d\u00e9lires. La mont\u00e9e de la cinqui\u00e8me avenue sur le bord de Central Park m&rsquo;ach\u00e8ve et je lutte pour finir.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;histoire du marathon : cette plong\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;inconnu dans des distances que l&rsquo;on ne pratique jamais \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrainement. Mais je ne regrette rien, c&rsquo;est finalement la beaut\u00e9 de cet effort :\u00a0 on y va, on sait que cela fera mal qu&rsquo;on va peut \u00eatre rater l&rsquo;objectif mais on essaye.
