Pour une fois, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 vous de jouer : si vous avez une blessure s\u00e9rieuse un jour et que vous \u00eates revenu \u00e0 la course apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois d&rsquo;arr\u00eat alors dites moi tout !<\/p>\n<p>En effet, pr\u00e8s de 5 mois et demi apr\u00e8s un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/un-coureur-sans-jambes-3274.html\">mauvais Randori au judo<\/a> (oui le judo reste un sport de combat), j&rsquo;ai enfin repris la course \u00e0 pied de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re pour le moment. J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 par un petit footing \/ marche avec des petits acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations hier matin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5647 aligncenter\" title=\"fracture-avant\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/fracture-avant-238x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/fracture-avant-238x300.jpg 238w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/fracture-avant.jpg 362w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 238px) 100vw, 238px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium  wp-image-5648\" title=\"fracture-apres\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/fracture-apres-111x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"111\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/fracture-apres-111x300.jpg 111w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/fracture-apres.jpg 169w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 111px) 100vw, 111px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En 5 mois le corps humain a fait un travail extraordinaire, il s&rsquo;est r\u00e9par\u00e9 et comme vous pouvez le voir il a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenu par une barre en inox d&rsquo;une trentaine de centim\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re semaine apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, je n&rsquo;ai pas m\u00e9nag\u00e9 ma peine pour revenir dans les meilleures conditions. J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 les s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute \u00e0 raison de 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine. Et je vous cache pas que les premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances, on \u00e9tait un peu difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 3 mois de kin\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 de creuser le trou de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (Exactement j&rsquo;ai toujours pens\u00e9 que dans le cas d&rsquo;un accident de sport, l&rsquo;assurance que nous contractons dans la licence venait se substituer \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale pour payer les frais m\u00e9dicaux&#8230; mais ce n&rsquo;est absolument pas le cas&#8230; A quoi sert l&rsquo;assurance dans ce genre de cas ? strictement \u00e0 rien, si ce n&rsquo;est que j&rsquo;ai du renvoy\u00e9 des dizaines de papiers pour rien&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Depuis je suis pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation sportive : musculation, v\u00e9lo, elliptique,&#8230; Et maintenant ? Comment reprendre de mani\u00e8re s\u00fbr ?
