Mais si la pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;un marathon est un long chemin pas toujours tranquille. Les r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 moyen terme sont de toutes fa\u00e7ons tr\u00e8s positifs.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si la fatigue des premiers jours peut para\u00eetre tr\u00e8s importante, il en faut pas oublier que globalement vous avez sans doute gagn\u00e9 en musculature, vous avez sans doute perdu un peu de poids aussi. Alors m\u00eame si vous \u00eates tr\u00e8s fatigu\u00e9 juste apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve, vous allez vite sentir les effets de cette pr\u00e9paration intense.<\/p>\n<p>Inutile de vous dire que vous allez reprendre l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> direct, il faut dire qu&rsquo;on a pas forc\u00e9ment envie&#8230; Mais c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de travailler d&rsquo;autres sports pour continuer d&rsquo;entretenir la machine : V\u00e9lo de route, VTT, natation mais pas uniquement vous pouvez tenter la marche nordique ou le roller.<\/p>\n<p>A chaque fois, j&rsquo;ai senti le m\u00eame effet, 2 &#8211; 3 jours de fatigues et de courbatures puis l&rsquo;envie de refaire du sport (mais pas forc\u00e9ment de courir) revient et les r\u00e9sultats sont plut\u00f4t bons particuli\u00e8rement en v\u00e9lo, j&rsquo;ai vu mes temps sur mes segments Strava bien meilleurs par exemple. Alors que je n&rsquo;avais pas non plus des sensations extraordinaires.<\/p>\n<p>En comparaison, j&rsquo;ai fait des parcours de VTT avec des tr\u00e8s bonnes sensations et en sortie de pr\u00e9paration de marathon, les sensations n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas forc\u00e9ment exceptionnelles mais les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer un marathon en avril est donc une bonne fa\u00e7on de passer la p\u00e9riode hivernale o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on manque g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de motivations.
