La derni\u00e8re fois j&rsquo;avais repris le sport 2 jour apr\u00e8s, l&rsquo;endurance 6 jours apr\u00e8s et une semaine plus tard je reprenais la course \u00e0 pied. Cette fois, je dois bien l&rsquo;avouer je n&rsquo;ai strictement rien fait depuis plus d&rsquo;une semaine maintenant. J&rsquo;ai toujours l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre encore fatigu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mais je sens que l&rsquo;envie revient tout doucement, je me projette sur mes prochains d\u00e9fis (principalement en triathlon et en judo) et bien s\u00fbr il faudra reprendre prochainement la course \u00e0 pied qui est la base de tout. Souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d&rsquo;une course, on se dit qu&rsquo;on ne le fera plus jamais que c&rsquo;est la derni\u00e8re fois et on sait tr\u00e8s bien qu&rsquo;on replonge avec plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>Et je me pose de questions en particulier sur l&rsquo;IronMan : comment peut on enchainer 3.8 km de natation et 190 km de v\u00e9lo avec un marathon ? Quand je pense que je pense qu&rsquo;en pr\u00e9parant uniquement cette partie, en arrivant frais et disponible \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve, c&rsquo;est dur&#8230;. je n&rsquo;imagine toujours pas faire cela apr\u00e8s 6, 7, 8 heures d&rsquo;\u00e9preuve ou plus&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;avoue que je n&rsquo;ai jamais fait d&rsquo;\u00e9preuve d&rsquo;endurance au del\u00e0 des 5 heures et que j&rsquo;ai toujours du mal \u00e0 m&rsquo;alimenter&#8230; Il y a sans doute quelque chose \u00e0 faire pour d\u00e9passer ces quelques heures d&rsquo;endurance. Je vais sans doute faire un peu plus de sortie tr\u00e8s longue en v\u00e9lo pour apprendre \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer mon alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Cette pause me permet de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir un peu sur ce qui va et ce qui ne va pas et surtout ce que je dois am\u00e9liorer pour faire mieux.
