Ce qu&rsquo;il ne faut surtout pas faire c&rsquo;est acheter un pack marathon la semaine avant l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance et se lancer dans l&rsquo;aventure sans avoir tester au pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, on a tous un estomac diff\u00e9rent, il ne faut donc surtout pas manger des aliments que vous n&rsquo;avez jamais mang\u00e9 le jour de la course. La pr\u00e9paration est l\u00e0 pour vous pr\u00e9parer physiquement mais c&rsquo;est aussi l&rsquo;occasion de tester les potions magiques. \u00a0Etes vous plut\u00f4t sucr\u00e9 ou plut\u00f4t sal\u00e9 (cela se fait de plus en plus) ? Etes-vous plut\u00f4t solide ou liquide ? C&rsquo;est \u00e0 toutes ces questions qu&rsquo;il faudra r\u00e9pondre pendant votre pr\u00e9paration. L&rsquo;occasion de tester les nouveaut\u00e9s de la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique sportive go\u00fbt : texture, go\u00fbt, recette,&#8230; C&rsquo;est sans limite&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La sortie longue, doit donc \u00eatre l&rsquo;occasion de tester les diverses produits m\u00eame si vous vegan, sans gluten ou intol\u00e9rant au lactose vous devriez trouver sans probl\u00e8me un aliment qui vous convient.<\/p>\n<p>Derni\u00e8rement j&rsquo;ai pu go\u00fbter le sirop de riz de la marque Isostar. Isostar est compl\u00e8tement transparente sur ces produits et son site est tr\u00e8s clair, on retrouve toutes les informations sur les ingr\u00e9dients de ces produits, la valeur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et les allerg\u00e8nes. Vous verrez \u00e9galement si les produits sont \u00e0 consommer avant l&rsquo;effort, pendant l&rsquo;effort ou apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort en r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour tester l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, je consomme le gel quand je sens un coup de fatigue sur une sortie longue alors que sur une course il faut les prendre bien avant de sentir le coup de fatigue. La betterave est bien connu pour ses valeurs nutritives mais sans vinaigrette ou en jus le gout un peu terreux (c&rsquo;est normal pour une l\u00e9gume racine) mais sous forme de gel, il n&rsquo;y pas du tout ce souci. Cela ressemble \u00e0 un gel aux fruits rouges (il faut dire que c&rsquo;est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 avec\u00a0du jus de cassis).<\/p>\n<p>Comme la plupart des gels, il faut le consommer avec de l&rsquo;eau, la meilleure strat\u00e9gie consiste \u00e0 bien \u00e9tudier les zones de ravitaillement (la plupart des parcours donne la position exacte de ces zones) et sortir votre gel quelques hectom\u00e8tres avant le ravitaillement, jeter le sachet vide dans une poubelle et boire de l&rsquo;eau pour faire passer le gel.<\/p>\n<p>Les gels \u00e0 base de sirop de riz sont plut\u00f4t agr\u00e9ables, ils ne sont pas trop p\u00e2teux et \u00e7a passe bien.
