Vous avez appliqu\u00e9 tous les conseils qu&rsquo;on vous a donn\u00e9 sur la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, sur l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>, sur le sommeil, sur la pr\u00e9paration physique. Mais voil\u00e0 \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche de la ligne de d\u00e9part, vous vous sentez f\u00e9briles, votre estomac fait des siennes. Vous avez peut \u00eatre oubli\u00e9 une composante essentielle de votre pr\u00e9paration : la pr\u00e9paration mentale. Bien s\u00fbr, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et l&rsquo;accumulation des courses vous pr\u00e9parera \u00e0 ces grands rendez-vous.<\/p>\n<p>Mais vous pouvez aussi vous pr\u00e9parer mentalement avant et tenter de contr\u00f4ler un peu mieux vos \u00e9motions. Pour cela, je vous invite \u00e0 penser \u00e0 ce grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement et en particulier aux raisons qui vous poussent \u00e0 relever ce d\u00e9fi. C&rsquo;est un exercice que vous pouvez faire pendant les sorties longues. Effectivement au fil des kilom\u00e8tres, votre esprit divague alors autant l&rsquo;utiliser pour pensez \u00e0 la course.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut que vous trouviez les \u00e9l\u00e9ments positifs qui vous poussent \u00e0 vous d\u00e9passer, la course n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une infime partie de votre entrainement. Vous ne pouvez r\u00e9sumer la r\u00e9ussite ou l&rsquo;\u00e9chec \u00e0 une poign\u00e9e de seconde sur un chronom\u00e8tre. La course est la repr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;un tout mais il faut consid\u00e9rer l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Tout doit \u00eatre positif et vous devez avant tout penser au plaisir que vous avez quand vous pratiquez ce sport.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;\u00e9chec en course \u00e0 pied, nous ne sommes pas des champions du monde et nous ne le serons jamais.
