Quand le soleil commence a reprendre un peu son travail, cela devient un vrai plaisir. Cette sortie est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice de votre \u00e9tat de forme. Quand vous arrivez en fin de pr\u00e9paration marathon, Une sortie de 2 heures et plus, doit passer au mieux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous \u00eates fatigu\u00e9 mais pas trop vous arrivez \u00e0 avoir une activit\u00e9 normale dans la journ\u00e9e qui suit<\/li>\n<li>vous n&rsquo;avez pas de douleurs physiques (chevilles, genoux, hanches ou dos)<\/li>\n<li>vous avez r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 garder le rythme pendant toute la sortie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A ce moment de la pr\u00e9paration, tous les voyants doivent \u00eatre au vert.<\/p>\n<p>Le rituel est toujours le m\u00eame, en fonction du programme de la journ\u00e9e, il faut se lever plus ou moins t\u00f4t.
