Les heures qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent la course et en particulier le petit d\u00e9jeuner le matin de la course deviennent alors crucial pour la r\u00e9ussite de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement que vous pr\u00e9parez pendant des mois.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Chaque coureur est diff\u00e9rent et il en va de m\u00eame pour votre estomac mais \u00e9galement pour les go\u00fbts de chacun.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La r\u00e8gle est simple : il faut tester avant le jour fatidique. Oublie l\u2019id\u00e9e de passer le samedi du marathon de Paris sur le salon du running est de choisir votre petit d\u00e9jeuner du dimanche matin sur les bons conseils du vendeur. Il est peut \u00eatre de bon foi, il a s\u00fbrement test\u00e9 le produit mais il ne connait pas vos go\u00fbts, vos habitudes alimentaires et encore moins votre estomac et votre syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Comme vous courez plusieurs fois par semaine, c\u2019est autant d\u2019occasion de tester des produits avant le jour fatidique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">C\u2019est dans cette optique que j\u2019ai test\u00e9 la solution SportDej de la marque OverStim\u2019s (je tiens \u00e0 signaler que j\u2019ai achet\u00e9 le produit en magasin et que je n\u2019ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 par la marque pour cet article).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">J\u2019ai choisi le go\u00fbt Brownie (Chocolat en gros).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La pr\u00e9paration est simple : il faut doser une poudre avec une cuill\u00e8re de dosage (fournie dans la boite, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 bien fouiller elle est enterr\u00e9 dans la poudre) et ensuite m\u00e9langer avec de l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vous obtenez ainsi une cr\u00e8me qui ressemble \u00e0 un pot de Danette mais attention je vous d\u00e9conseille de manger 3 ou 4 pots de Danette avant d\u2019aller courir, je doute que cela fasse le m\u00eame effet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">C\u2019est plut\u00f4t bon, c\u2019est pas vraiment un dessert de chez Michalak mais si vous aimez le chocolat cela passe bien. Vous retrouverez un peu la sensation qu\u2019on a quand on boit du Maltodextrine puisque cette pr\u00e9paration en contient.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le r\u00e9sultat : difficile d\u2019avoir une approche scientifique mais pour ma part avec un test sur semi-marathon : aucun trouble digestif et une bonne \u00e9nergie tout au long de la course (je n\u2019ai consomm\u00e9 qu\u2019un seul gel sur les 21 kilom\u00e8tres).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">J\u2019ai m\u00eame couru quelques minutes apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir mang\u00e9 et je n\u2019ai pas senti de lourdeurs sur l\u2019estomac.
